Will Dennis Kucinich kick Dick Cheney’s ass today?
Posted on | November 6, 2007 | 33 Comments

(my favorite protest sign at the Kennebunkport, Maine protest against Bush & Putin!)
Gawd I hope so! Rep. Dennis Kucinich of Ohio has rocked the House of Representatives today, because he brought forth his impeachment amendment against Dick Cheney. It was tabled immediately by Steny Hoyer, but then it occurred to the democrats that that was a move to protect the most vicious, vile, son of a bitch, Vice President we’ve ever had! Even the republicans are realizing they’ll be going on record in defense of this fascist, power hungry, asswipe!

Some republicans changed their votes too. Ha ha.
As I write this: Kucinich’s amendment passed with a motion to reconsider.
I don’t know the procedure after this, but watch C-SPAN right now to find out! Woohoo!
Make the House go on record on who is for justice and who is for blocking, covering up for, and protecting Dick Cheney….America’s abomination to the abuse of power!

Kucinich’s resolution has now been moved to the Judiciary Committee to be voted on. It’s #40, here:
http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/bdquery/R?d110:FLD005:@3(House+Judiciary)
Even if it fails in the Judiciary Committee, House members were forced to either side with justice and what is right or side with Dick Cheney who would tell them to ‘fuck off’ on the floor of the House…breaking one more rule!

Let me try that link again:

Way to go Kay. At least you have a thread on Kucinich, the other blogs have let us progressives down!!!!!!
Go Kucinich. Wake up democratic voters. Kucinich is the obvious democratic choice for president if you want positive change in this country! No more NAFTA, no more WTO, he stands for we the people, he will uphold the constitution, he will get our troops out of Iraq! Kucinich is the man.
Kay I know you don’t like Ron Paul but God would it be beautiful to see Kucinich verses Paul for the presidency!!!!!
November 6th, 2007 @ 6:43 pm
The UFO candidate, “I believe in aliens” candidate Kuchinich Klown, brings impeachment resolution???!!! LOL! I hope so!! More evidence of liberal luancy that this nation will not tolerate!
November 6th, 2007 @ 7:03 pm
Woohoo Uncle! Exactly! Seems Kucinich stunned the whole entire House into silence. Bwa hahahahahahahaha! OMG, it was beautiful. I’ve never seen the House as quiet as the Senate before…ever.
It may not die in the House. This would be the perfect time for the democrats on the Judiciary Committee to bitch slap Pelosi into action! The republicans on the Judiciary Committee will continue to protect Evil, but that’s okay! At least they’ll be on record…again stating that.
By the way Boobiran, a good percentage of America believes in UFO’s, which are things people actually see in the sky but can’t identify what it is! Even the Budweiser slinging, gun toting, neocon, reich wingers down South believe in them. Ha ha. Those who believe in gawd are the weirdos!
November 6th, 2007 @ 8:12 pm
the proggies will let you down. they always do! they lied to you last november and you still dont get it. losers.
November 6th, 2007 @ 10:19 pm
Bush & Cheney lied to the whole country. Get over yourself, troll! You’ve been lied to way more than we have. Get it?
November 6th, 2007 @ 11:19 pm
I see the vile liberals are out in force tonight. Apparently, liberals have extended Halloween for their own pleasure. Yep, they’re vampire blood-suckers alright! Too cheap to buy their kid a computer for school. Would rather embarrass their kid by accepting free handouts from the welfare department of the liberal school system. Liberals grow up to be maids and janitors. There will always be need for them.
November 7th, 2007 @ 7:10 am
Love love love Dennis Kucinich. The world is watching. Are WE a democratic or fascist country now? Yesterday seemed hmmmm fascist. Steny and Chuck need to go back to the private sector. They are running the opposition party? Jokes
November 7th, 2007 @ 7:17 am
Actually, Boobiran, the children in Maine feel connected now. How about the kids where you are? Forgot about? Yep!
Martha, Kucinich is the only one with a true sense of patriotism! What he did yesterday in the House was fantastic. I hope he does this one a month and lets the American people see his resolutions piling up at the Judiciary Committee! That right there will tell Americans (the 70% who are against Bush & Cheney and against the agenda thereof!) that he was the only one for the rule of law!
November 7th, 2007 @ 12:35 pm
late but here! I wonder whether Hoyer and Pelosi realize just what their actions yesterday did.
Conyers has been sitting on a Kucinich bill sinc last April so I’m afraid that he has been gotten to.
The puzzle surrounds the simple yet undenial fact that the goopers simply want to embarass the dems and they have selected hoyer and pelosi as their current assistants. Those two had the Historical opportunty to call the goopers bluff and allow the debate to take place on the floo of the House and the folded. Also, anothe rpuzzle- where the hell are our Blogs? Whay arent they screaming about contacting the members of the House Judiciary Commttee? That dem membership has some potential “Good Guys/Gals” on it.

“Bush & Cheney lied to the whole country.” – kayinmaine
You know I keep hearing this innuendo that the American public was somehow duped into going to war with Iraq, “Bush lied, people died” is the mantra. I remember quite clearly American flags on just about every house, car bumper, sports helmet, and the American people galvanized not by Bush, but by their blood lust for revenge of 9-11. Well war is just that war. People do die in a war, and while many think we should just go throw our bombs and come home. We are fighting an enemy that is financially backed overtly or covertly by most of the middle east, the dead Hussein boys included. We are also fighting an enemy that wears it’s opponent down over time, and too many in the United States didn’t think of the long haul when they were ranting for war. I would hate to think our enemy is right in thinking we don’t have the stomach to finish what we’ve started. The real lies, the lies of the Democrats, have mislead the American public since Bush’s ratings hit between 80-90. They too need to be held accountable for their demonization of the Commander in Chief during wartime.

Can you explain James why a DIA report last year stated there was 72 al-Qaida cells in America and why Georgie & Dickie are not going after these guys if this report is true? Can you explain why the FBI still to this day doesn’t have Osama bin Laden listed as being connected to the attack on 9/11/01? Can you explain why the paper document that “proved” Saddam Hussein was trying to purchase yellowcake uranium from Niger was a forgery?
For the forgery answer, Google this: Rocco Martino Niger Italy
Seems ole Rocco had some Niger Embassy letterhead from the Niger Embassy in Italy! Oooopsie.
You can trust and believe everything Georgie & Dickie say to you and you can believe that al-Qaida is gonna get ya, but how does this explain the Army-grade anthrax that was sent out to ONLY liberals after 9/11? Who was in charge of the Pentagon at that time? Oooopsie. The republicans!
You were duped. Get over it.

Klown Kucinich the munchkin is a whore.
November 7th, 2007 @ 4:43 pm
Stock market crashing again on fears of $100 bbl crude because liberals are too cowardly to fight for it.
November 7th, 2007 @ 5:32 pm
November 7th, 2007 @ 5:59 pm
I see the trolls are petrified of Kucinich. They should be!
Stock market is crashing because George Bush has faked out the masses with, “The economy is great! Oil is low! We are winning in Iraq! Who cares if your house is worthless now!”, bullshit.
Good evening, Smoke.
November 7th, 2007 @ 6:14 pm
$3.60 / gallon for home heating oil in Maine this winter. Yet, liberals hate anything having to do with oil. So, go out into your yards, cut down your trees and burn them for heat. Put your actions where your big mouths are liberals!
November 7th, 2007 @ 7:53 pm
Heating oil & gas are also expensive, because when Georgie & Dickie invaded Iraq, they decided to hoard Iraq’s oil and not sell it on the markets…plus…the Saudis hold hands with both of them too. They’re making money hand over fist right now! That’s all they care about.
Boobiran, did I invent heating oil? Why are you blaming me for something that has been around since I was freaking born and before that. How come the republicans when they had a nice lead of control in the House & Senate not pass or bring forth funding/legislation for alternative energy? Huh? Did you know Maine has a high amount of wood stoves in this state? Let’s say this: when the shit hits the fan, Mainers are more prepared to survive the winter than the wimpy cowards where you live Boobiran. Hell! You’re not even nice to your children for crying out loud!
November 7th, 2007 @ 7:54 pm
I spent $1700 insulating my attic and my basement ceiling. That will save me in oil because this home is insulated extremely well! Ha ha. Your house? Do caves need insulation?
November 7th, 2007 @ 7:56 pm
Trying to teach you 3rd grade economics would prove fruitless. You don’t have a clue, do you? Here’s a quarter; *flipping quarter* See if you can buy one.
November 7th, 2007 @ 7:59 pm
When the market falls, let’s just say I wasn’t a moron and put money in it for neocons to steal! Ha ha. My life will be fine, moron.
Tell me what you know about the markets. What is going on right now, Boobiran?
November 7th, 2007 @ 8:00 pm
Refer to post #23. Hopefully for you, you will find the answer to your question.
November 7th, 2007 @ 8:05 pm
“Can you explain James why a DIA report last year stated there was 72 al-Qaida cells in America and why Georgie & Dickie are not going after these guys if this report is true?”
IF this report is true. And “IF” is the operative word. Let’s pretend it is true, it may very well be.
Should Bush & Cheney, or any other White House Administration of either party for that matter, just TELL THE PRESS AND THE PEOPLE of their covert action to apprehend criminals or terrorists?
KKKay, you talk out of your ass again – as always. You whine and bitch about Valerie Plame and her “undercover” status blown, but you want front page coverage of if Bush/Cheney, the CIA, the FBI or DHS is conducting covert ops to reign in terrorists in our midsts? What are you, stupid? Ahem, yes….
Newsflash for KKKay: the govt doesn’t report TO YOU! They never did, never will. You’re a pimple on the Liberal Ass of America. And ugly, hairy pus-filled pimple.
PS: Plames BOSS did not consider her status as covert, so how could anyone else? Another bunch of BS from WATB Liberal crybabies like you.
November 7th, 2007 @ 9:52 pm
“I spent $1700 insulating my attic and my basement ceiling. That will save me in oil because this home is insulated extremely well! Ha ha. Your house? Do caves need insulation?”
If this is true, you spent too much money. And besides, your house has no basement, it is on a concrete slab.
And no attic to speak of. I’ve seen the photos.
Edited by Kay:
Well, that proves it! You don’t know a thing about my house or my life! Bah hahahahahaha! It’s a 3 bed/1 bath, 1200 sq ft ranch with a basement. Every ounce of the ceiling in the basement (and I had 4 feet of foam insulation put on the walls down there) is now insulated and the whole entire attic (one side had blown in insulation). $1700 it was! Ha ha.
How do you like that, Elitist Scumbag?
November 7th, 2007 @ 11:12 pm
I am so sorry that Dennis did not get more help in getting this done.I am afraid thar Washington is corrupt to the core. They sure as heck do not help the middle class/
November 8th, 2007 @ 12:54 am
Kucinich croaks like a toad. *ribbitt ribbitt ribbitt*
November 8th, 2007 @ 8:46 am
Yeah, you’re right Kay, mobile homes need a LOT of insulation. Let’s see, with 4 feet of insulation on your (cough) basement walls, I guess that just leaves enough room to spit in. Hope you got spit drains down there, as you seem to do a lot of spitting.
“Elitist scumbag”, oh that is funny. You truly are one of the funniest people on the planet, and let’s not forget your poignancy and originality.
Well, I shouldn’t take up any more of your time, you have a lot of houses to clean to pay for all that insulation.
Have a nice day, Kay.

>>>>I see the trolls are petrified of Kucinich. They should be!
OMG! I admit it! I’m afraid of the elf! He’s go the goods on Cheney!/sarcasm ROTFLMAO
Do you honestly think gimpeachment and chimpeachment have a chance? The ONLY thing they’ve done wrong is having an (R) behind their names. No gimpeachment for you, moonbat!
November 8th, 2007 @ 8:34 pm
See? I knew you were afraid! Thanks for admitting it neo-Nazi-American-Taliban member!
I don’t think impeachment has a chance, but I like the idea of everyone going on record as to how they feel about it. The future is going to be very interesting.
November 14th, 2007 @ 8:49 pm
#17, that’s not even part of the equation. The price of crude is rising because OPEC has always demanded to be paid in U.S. currency and the dollar is sinking. Currently, if you wanted to exchange dollars for euros, you’d pay $1.45 per euro. The reason for that? Think about the money exchange in the same way you’d think about the stock market. You want to buy the stock you think is going to rise when it is still at a price you like, and you want to unload stock that you think is going to fall before its price goes down. And how do you calculate what you think is going to happen with a particular stock? You look at the company itself. Is it solvent, is it more in the black than in the red, any lawsuits pending, contracts in the works, or whatever’s pertinent to the financial health of that company. Folks who invest in currencies look at countries the same way stock investors look at companies. So, how’d you like to invest in a company that is over a trillion dollars in debt (to China of all things!) with no end in sight? War debt. Say what you like but this war is what is driving the price of oil up and it has only to do with whether or not OPEC continues to want to be paid in U.S. currency. If the dollar keeps sinking, the price of oil is going to keep rising. Hurray war on terra!
