Remember how we liberals asked the republicans online for years what the republic party stood for? By the way, the republics have said they will have staff members patrolling their new website to keep all those negative comments off! Say wha? But I thought the right wing of America was all about free speech? Their trolls tell us that all the time online that they are, so this is kind of strange don’t you think? Seems Michael Steele isn’t making it clear to this underlings that they are supposed to be the ‘family values party’ and are supposed to be saying “Hell no!” to everything opposite of it, but here we are knowing the RNC is spending it’s money at places where women in the background are in bondage and simulating oral sex on each other while the ‘family values boys’ “fundraise”. Oh boy. My hope is at this rate the RNC is spending money frivolously and this spending will make it so the republicans are broke this summer and won’t be able to effectively campaign. I have a feeling I will be right! This morning on Morning Joe I heard one of the commentators say that in February 2010 the RNC had @ $98 million in their coffers. How much is there today? Only $10 million. Bravo!

Oh man. This is too much! You probably already heard this news yesterday, but I woke up this morning laying in my bed laughing like Snoopy over it and just had to do a post. Seriously, the next time you see or hear a right winger say they’re completely against abortion, please yell out, “You LIE!!!!!!!!!!!” and then remind them that their home base provides abortion coverage to their employees and then remind them during the years of 2000 to 2006 when the republicans controlled the White House, the U.S. House, and the U.S. Senate, the republicans did NOTHING to overturn Roe v. Wade, because we all know the republic party needs abortion coverage. Why? Because just look at the C Street House! These right wing Christians are against abortion, but yet, how do they spend their days? CHEATING ON THEIR WIVES. And what happens when a man and a woman have unprotected sex? They make babies! So, you see, the republic party secretly has no problem with abortion, but they use it as a wedge issue during elections and anytime they feel they’re losing the debate on another issue. See?

Leon Wolf of Redstate thinks someone at the RNC should be fired for hypocrisy (ummmm all republicans would have to be fired Leon including yourself!):

Let’s keep this simple. Word got out today via Politico that the RNC’s health care package for their employees covers abortions. At the risk of belaboring the obvious, if you at any time have donated to the RNC since 1991 (when this policy apparently took place), some incremental portion of your donation went to the administrative costs of running the RNC, including employee salaries and benefits packages. Part of “benefits packages” in this context is apparently a health care package that pays for abortions.

For thirty years, we have fought tooth and nail to prevent our tax money from being used to pay for abortions. Turns out, we were apparently doing it through donating to the political party that was ostensibly on our side. This betrayal is so fundamental to the majority of people who donate to the RNC that it’s almost unspeakable. I have no doubt that many of the staffers there will miss the point, so allow me to make it clearly: you have caused every person who donated to support your livelihood to become involved in what they perceive to be a grave moral evil.

In order for the RNC to regain the trust of their donors, they must disclose the names of all people involved in any way of the selection of their health care plan. And those people must be summarily fired. No severance packages, no golden parachutes; fired. For cause.

No pro-lifer in good conscience can give them a dime until this happens.

Leon doesn’t want republicans to give any money to the RNC until the abortion part of their health care policy is taken out and the person(s) involved in putting the language in there is fired! Well, Leon, you might want to rethink taking out this language because as we all know there are guys in your party like Gov. Sanford of South Caroline who believes the sanctity of marriage is defined as: ONE MAN, ONE WOMAN, A MISTRESS, AND A HANDFUL OF GIRLFRIENDS! (makes you wonder how many abortions Sanford has paid for over the years!) See? Taking out abortion coverage now could make for some embarrassing moments during the 2010 mid-terms because of all those pregnant mistresses coming forward, don’t you think?! See?

Let’s not forget the recent historic vote on health care reform in the U.S. House of Representatives: ALL BUT ONE REPUBLICAN VOTED AGAINST THE STUPAK AMENDMENT. The End. They’re on record for supporting federal funding for abortions!

The RNC is a mess these days. They can’t even launch a new website without posting their own passwords for the public to see, you know, those thingamajiggies that we all use to keep those we don’t want in….out. Hell, Michael Steele is saying that the new website isn’t even a website! *slapping forehead*

Gordon Liddy has now decided to  take the woman hating route by reducing  the overly qualified and highly intellectual Judge Sonia Sotomayor as nothing more than a woman who once a month can’t handle the smallest of things because of her monthly period. Here’s what he said about her on his racist hateful misogynist radio show:

“Let’s hope that the key conferences aren’t when she’s menstruating or something, or just before she’s going to menstruate. That would really be bad. Lord knows what we would get then.”

Liddy also thinks women should stay home until menopause. Geee, now where have we heard that kind of rhetoric? Oh that’s right! This misogynist crap has been coming out of the right wing’s mouth for decades now! Yes, it’s where “barefoot and pregnant” came from, because in the minds of the right wing….women are only good for giving birth, doing laundry, and fixing dinners. They are NOT allowed to have their own opinions, have an education, or do much of anything else, because the right wing of this country has said so for years now. It’s also why the right wingers have gone after me for years. They don’t like it that a woman can hold such low opinions of them in such a public place. Hell, even John McCain last year on the campaign trail thought it would be a good idea for he and President Obama to speak at the NCLR.

• Rush Limbaugh and his neck drooling knuckle draggers believe Judge Sotomayor is a racist because she said she hoped a Latino woman could make better decisions than a white male could based on their individual experiences. Well, she is right, because look at how the right wingers are currently acting? Instead of choosing to shut their mouths until she’s in her nomination hearing so pertinent questions of her can be asked, they’ve decided to slander her repeatedly proving once and for all that the pasty white right wingers of America are the true racists and misogynists of our country! Thanks to the right wing’s ridiculous rhetoric, myself and others are starting to hate the white man. See assholes? You made your decision to go off the deep end and the Latina Judge has remained quiet while you do. Bah hahahahaha! Who is the better decision maker at this point? It ain’t you white boys!

• Even the RNC’s Michael Steele says Judge Sotomayor is a mean bitchy woman whose personality isn’t right for the SCOTUS! Say wha? Just because she doesn’t “talk black” like you do, Steele? *rolling eyes* I don’t put Justice Scalia high up on the pedastal of compassion. In fact, Scalia always comes across as a Mafia hitman to me, you know, that he would pull a Dick Cheney by whiping out the rifle and shooting someone in the fact just for disagreeing with him! Jees. Anyway, the right wing is afraid of women and to them Sotomayor scares them. Good, you fucking ninnies.

• Right winger Newt Gingrich wants Sotomayor to step down as the nominee, because he’s feeling she’s not white enough for him and is too racist. Gingrich and others have not pinpointed one case where she said, “I am ruling against this white man because he’s white and for no other reason!”. Idiot. This coming from the man who was cheating on his wife who was in the hospital…all the while pointing fingers of shame & disgust at President Clinton for cheating! Does anyone really care what the fat pasty white boy Gingrich has to say anymore? I don’t, but the right wing fringe does, you know, the group of people in America who can’t figure things out on their own and need Newty and others to be their voices, because they’re too stupid to find their own. Spit.

Michael Steele the Chairman of the Republican National Committee gave a press conference where he told us  today that the republican party is now the party of new ideas (though it will take some time!) and the republican revolution is now beginning!

Then he told us there are some Governors in our country (he didn’t say which ones or which party they were a part of!) who have all the answers, the new ideas, and the approaches. Wow! Interesting!!!!

I’m sorry, but today’s speech by the RNC Chairman was absolutely hysterical. There was zero substance put out there today by Steele. Just a bunch of fart gas. He didn’t mention Rush Limbaugh, he didn’t mention Dick Cheney or Sarah Palin or even Jeb Bush, but there he was today telling us the republican crisis is over! They know who they are now! They’re fine so go back to not worrying because the grown ups have found the RNC! They are on track!

Too funny. Today’s speech by Steele only solidified the point that the republic party is dead. They have no new ideas, they don’t know how to act in public, they’re a stain on our country, and Americans are not fooled by any of them. Change to them is what is left over after we have a republican in the White House after 8 short years!

Michael Steele is the best possible leader of the RNC because he’s batshit crazy! How he has come to the conclusion that gay marriages will financially effect small businesses is beyond me, but here he is exclaiming just that…

SAVANNAH, Ga. – Republicans can reach a broader base by recasting gay marriage as an issue that could dent pocketbooks as small businesses spend more on health care and other benefits, GOP Chairman Michael Steele said Saturday.

Steele said that was just an example of how the party can retool its message to appeal to young voters and minorities without sacrificing core conservative principles. Steele said he used the argument weeks ago while chatting on a flight with a college student who described herself as fiscally conservative but socially liberal on issues like gay marriage.

“Now all of a sudden I’ve got someone who wasn’t a spouse before, that I had no responsibility for, who is now getting claimed as a spouse that I now have financial responsibility for,” Steele told Republicans at the state convention in traditionally conservative Georgia. “So how do I pay for that? Who pays for that? You just cost me money.”

Apparently this will be Steele’s and the RNC’s platform of change they’re talking about. The only change I see is….none! The republic party is the most divisive, hateful, bigoted, racist, political party, but yet, here we see Steele making ridiculous claims that just won’t fly with the American people! The republic party in incapable of changing! They just spew their ridiculous crap in the hopes it sticks and in the hopes they can find the time to back their claim up.

First off, to say that ANY marriage effects small businesses is ridiculous. The plus side to a marriage is the local stores who sell wedding gowns, tuxedos, flowers, and do catering, because they will always benefit. That’s just the way it is. What I would like to know is what kind of small businesses would be negatively effected financially because of a marriage, gay or not. Would the local electricians go bankrupt if two men or two women decided to marry? Would the plumbers go out of business? Nope! And what about the small insurance companies? Oh wait! The small insurance companies would benefit because they would be insuring two people instead of one individually and if the price to insure goes down because a couple has applied, then they (the happily married straight/gay couple!) would most likely buy more insurances (car, life, medical, you name it)! Yep! This is what married couples do.

Secondly, Michael Steele needs to be more clear on this. If this is going to be the RNC’s newest platform to ‘get the young ones involved’ then he needs to explain what businesses in particular will go bankrupt in response to same sex couples marrying. I bet he won’t be able to, because just like the party he represents, they haven’t had a coherent idea in decades and they never, ever, ever have any proof to back their claims with!

Yeah, you heard me. The American Taliban (aka today’s republican party) has decided they’re going to waste more of our to go on record exclaiming that the Democratic Party is now the “Democrat Socialist Party”. That’s right! The American Taliban, who is trying to rebrand itself, will be spending their days rebranding the Democratic Party as part of their rebranding!
