QUOTE OF THE DAY:
GLENN BECK AT CPAC 2010:
‘Hello, my name is the Republican Party, and I’ve got a problem. I’m addicted to spending and big government…I’m addicted to spending and I just don’t want to spend today.’

"If by a “Liberal” they mean someone who looks ahead and not behind, someone who welcomes new ideas without rigid reactions, someone who cares about the welfare of the people — their health, their housing, their schools, their jobs, their civil rights, and their civil liberties — someone who believes we can break through the stalemate and suspicions that grip us in our policies abroad, if that is what they mean by a “Liberal,” then I’m proud to say I’m a “Liberal.” ~ John F. Kennedy, 1960

I despise the Bush family. They and their cohorts have destroyed our once great nation for decades now and knowing that these two criminals stunk up the White House makes me wonder what they’re up to.
George W. Bush smooching with the King of Saudi Arabia (remember it’s okay to kiss and hold hands with the king as you walk through the Rose Garden, but you can’t bow to the king! Spit):

How come George W. Bush didn’t come with them? Is it because they were there on his behalf? Spit.
What do you think is the reason for this criminal family to visit President Obama at this time? We know the Haitians are the last thing on the minds of the Bush family because they hate anyone who is darker than pasty white, so it makes you wonder what threats they were lobbing at our President yesterday!
George H.W. Bush: son of a Nazi sympathizer/financier, former CIA man, Vice President under Reagan, former President of the United States, has done business with the Saudi royals and the bin Laden family for decades now, and is the father of the worst president in the history of America, George W. Bush.
Jeb Bush: former governor of Florida, Mr. Savings & Loan scandal master in Broward County, Florida (hell! the whole Bush family has stolen millions and billions over the years through savings and loan scandals!), helped steal the 2000 election along with Katherine Harris for his brother George, son of a criminal, brother of a war criminal, and there isn’t anyone he won’t bribe!
George H.W. Bush said yesterday’s visit was just a “social call” because he was in town to attend the prestigious Alfalfa Dinner. Uh huh. Suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuure it was. Asshole! Would someone please arrest this family so America can go on with it’s business for crying out loud!
I think I’m in love with Mitesh Damania of the blog “Ask ‘But Why?’! Yesterday he saw George H.W. Bush arriving with his entourage at the Houston pizza joint he was at and he instantly ran to his car to get his camera. He then proceeded to speak his mind to America’s War Criminal’s father!
It was beautiful. Check it out…
We all should be doing this every chance we get. For some reason the neocons of America want to forget what the republican presidents, vice presidents, and other atrocious right wing figures have done to our country, but we will never forget. NEVAH!!!!!!
Great job Mitesh!!!!

Geeeeeee, now this is a little interesting isn’t it? So far, George Bush’s people haven’t responded to this yet. Wonder why they haven’t? My first thought was the Nazis gave the Rothschild artwork they stole to Preston Bush who brought it back to America after he had his fun funding the Nazis. Once home, he gave the artworks before he died to his son George H.W. Bush who in turn donated the stolen artwork to SMU (endowed by oilman Algur Hurtle Meadows) with the hopes someday his son George W. Bush would be president and could have his presidential library there!
Am I close? Hey, we didn’t call him “Bushitler” for nothing!
No wonder George W. didn’t call for an investigation into the September 2008 run on the banks where a half trillion dollars was taken out of the money markets in an hour and a half. Why didn’t he? Well, if we all remember correctly Lynn de Forrester Rothschild was bullshit that Hillary Clinton was out of the presidential race and Barack Obama was in. She then took her anger to the airwaves and said out loud that she would be voting for John McCain in retaliation. Yep, and then just like the Rothschild’s involvement in the first Great Depression the next thing we know there is almost a trillion dollars stolen in less than 2 hours which causes George Bush to come out and say, “We’re gonna bailout the banks now! How bout that Federal Reserve that the Rothschilds invest in? We love them all! Thank you and good night!’.
Tom Brokaw is a right wing weenie ass. Is he serious? Thank Reagan and H.W. knowing these two sold arms & made deals with the Iranians, formed death squads, left our nation financially broke, and then proceeded to take credit for the Soviet Union collapsing?
Here’s what Brokaw said in his op-ed piece in the Washington Post:
“Obama might think of inviting former president George H.W. Bush and praising the work done during the Reagan-Bush years in managing the collapse of the Soviet Union and, for example, the reunification of Germany in such an impressive fashion. Former president Bill Clinton and Ambassador Richard Holbrooke deserve mention for the Dayton Peace Accords, which stopped the slaughter in Bosnia.”
At least he mentioned Clinton, but Reagan & H.W.? Oh please! Gag me with my snow shovel for gawd’s sake!

Brokaw, get over yourself. Most of us were a little shocked that President Obama got the Nobel Peace prize, but we all understand now why he did: BECAUSE HE CAME INTO OFFICE AS A BEACON OF HOPE & PEACE FOR THE WORLD. The world sees America differently now in 9 short months. A sigh of relief was breathed. In the meantime, President Obama has been trying to clean up George W. Bush’s messes if you haven’t noticed and if you haven’t noticed too…he’s kept us safer than George Bush did now that the 9/11 marker has come and gone!
Michael Moore said it best as to why President Obama completely deserves the Nobel Peace prize and why he honestly shouldn’t share it with those who have screwed our nation over:
Friends,
Last night my wife asked me if I thought I was a little too hard on Obama in my letter yesterday congratulating him on his Nobel Prize. “No, I don’t think so,” I replied. I thought it was important to remind him he’s now conducting the two wars he’s inherited. “Yeah,” she said, “but to tell him, ‘Now earn it!’? Give the guy a break — this is a great day for him and for all of us.”
I went back and re-read what I had written. And I listened for far too long yesterday to the right wing hate machine who did what they could to crap all over Barack’s big day. Did I — and others on the left — do the same?
We are weary, weary of war. The trillions that will have gone to these two wars have helped to bankrupt us as a nation — financially and morally. To think of all the good we could have done with all that money! Two months of the War in Iraq would pay for all the wells that need to be dug in the Third World for drinking water! Obama is moving too slow for most of us — but he needs to know we are with him and we stand beside him as he attempts to turn eight years of sheer madness around. Who could do that in nine months? Superman? Thor? Mitch McConnell?
Instead of waiting to see what the president is going to do, we all need to be pro-active and push the agenda that we want to see enacted. What keeps us from forming the same local groups we put together to get out the vote last November? C’mon! We’re the majority now — the majority by a significant margin! We call the shots — and we need to tell this wimpy Congress to get busy and do what we say — or else.
All I ask of those who voted for Obama is to not pile on him too quickly. Yes, make your voice heard (his phone number is 202-456-1414). But don’t abandon the best hope we’ve had in our lifetime for change. And for God’s sake, don’t head to bummerville if he says or does something we don’t like. Do you ever see Republicans behave that way? I mean, the Right had 20 years of Republican presidents and they still couldn’t get prayer in the public schools, or outlaw abortion, or initiate a flat tax or put our Social Security into the stock market. They did a lot of damage, no doubt about that, but on the key issues that the Christian Right fought for, they came up nearly empty handed. No wonder they’ve been driven crazy lately. They’ll never have it as good again as they’ve had it since Reagan took office.
But — do you ever see them looking all gloomy and defeated? No! They keep on fighting! Every day. Our side? At the first sign of wavering, we just pack up our toys and go home.
So, at least for this weekend, let us celebrate what people elsewhere are celebrating — that America now has a sane and smart man in the White House, a man who truly wants a world at peace for his two daughters.
Many, for the past couple days (yes, myself included), have grumbled, “What has he done to earn this prize?” How ’bout this:
The simple fact that he was elected was reason enough for him to be the recipient of this year’s Nobel Peace Prize.
Because on that day the murderous actions of the Bush/Cheney years were totally and thoroughly rebuked. One man — a man who opposed the War in Iraq from the beginning — offered to end the insanity. The world has stood by in utter horror for the past eight years as they watched the descendants of Washington, Lincoln and Jefferson light the fuse of our own self-destruction. We flipped off the nations on this planet by abandoning Kyoto and then proceeded to melt eight more years worth of the polar ice caps. We invaded two nations that didn’t attack us, failed to find the real terrorists and, in effect, ignited our own wave of terror. People all over the world wondered if we had gone mad.
And if all that wasn’t enough, the outgoing Joker presided over the worst global financial collapse since the Great Depression.
So, yeah, at precisely 11:00pm ET on November 4, 2008, Barack Obama won the Nobel Peace Prize. And the 66 million people who voted for him won it, too. By the time he took the stage at midnight ET in the Grant Park Historic Hippie Battlefield in downtown Chicago, billions of people around the globe were already breathing a huge sigh of relief. It was as if, in that instant, one man did bring the promise of peace to the world — and most were ready to go wherever he wanted to go to achieve that end. Never before had the election of one man made every other nation feel like they had won, too. When you’ve got billions of people ready, willing and able to join a cause like this, well, a prize in Oslo is the least that you deserve.
One other thought. The Peace Prize historically has been given to those who have worked to throw off the yoke of racial discrimination and segregation (Martin Luther King, Jr., Desmond Tutu). I think the Nobel committee, in awarding Obama the prize, was also rewarding the fact that something profound had happened in a nation that was founded on racial genocide, built on racist slavery, and held back for a hundred-plus years by vestiges of hateful bigotry (which can still be found on display at teabagger rallies and daily talk radio). The fact that this one man could cause this seismic historical event to occur — and to do so with such grace and humility, never succumbing to the bait, but still not backing down (yes, he asked to be sworn in as “Barack Hussein Obama”!) — is more than reason enough he should be in Oslo to meet the King on December 10. Maybe he could take us along with him. ‘Cause I also suspect the Nobel committee was tipping its hat to all of us — we, the American people, had conquered some of our racism and did the truly unexpected. After seeing searing images of our black fellow citizens left to drown in New Orleans — and poor whites seeing their own treated no better than the black man they had been raised to hate — we had all seen enough. It was time for change.
Thank you, Barack Obama, for giving us the opportunity to redeem ourselves. Now for the tasks ahead. We need you to do all that you promised to do. We need it. The world needs it.
My prediction for the future? You become the first *two-time* winner of the Nobel Peace Prize! Yeah!
Fred (that’s Norwegian for “Peace”),

A thousand points of light….

Well, it’s not surprising Howie Carr feels this way. He also laughs his ass off at the mothers of our nation who call 911 after they find their child hanging by their neck in the shed! Yes, oh yes, Howie is one of those ‘family values conservatives’ who thinks he’s holier than everyone else and believes that no child should be ‘brainwashed’ to stay in school. Say wha? The horrors!
The funniest part about the whole thing? The voice of reason on this issue is coming from the wingnut Joe Scarborough of Morning Joe on MSNBC! Good gawd the end is near!
From Think Progress:
Earlier today, ThinkProgress noted that conservatives are freaking out over President Obama’s upcoming speech to schoolchildren about “persisting and succeeding in school,” claiming that it is actually aimed at political indoctrination. On MSNBC’s Morning Joe today, host Joe Scarborough ripped into the hyperventilating conservatives. “Seriously, why don’t we want the president of the United States, any president of the United States, delivering the message to kids: work hard, stay in school, succeed,” said Scarborough, adding, “get your ratings if you want, you’re just screwing your political party.”
The wingnuts believe President Obama is going to brainwash our kids to kill neocons. Hey, not a bad idea but we’re talking about President Obama here! Not George Bush who would have loved the chance to brainwash America’s kids to kill liberals & Muslims. Hell, on the morning of 9/11/01, George Bush was reading the book, “My Pet Goat”, and if Glenn Beck is right when he says we must look at the patterns to figure out someone’s truth, well, “My Pet Goat” could be interpreted as how George views children! See? The real good brainwashing happened after that moment if we’re all remember correctly. *cough*
Can you imagine if George H.W. Bush went to the schools of America to talk about his 1,000 POINTS OF LIGHT? Man! Glenn Beck and Howie Carr would be livid! They would be calling Bush Sr. a ’scary Commie Socialist Pig’! Oh wait. George H.W. Bush was a republican. Nevermind. Beck & Carr were most likely fine with Bush Sr. trying to get Americans to contribute to society by volunteering and helping others out, you know, forming his own ‘national security army’ to pass the peace for the common good of society. When President Obama wants the same thing for America, he’s committing treason and is a traitor. See? Nevermind! I forgot. Spit.
He’s right and before you go making fun of Joe’s “illogical” statement, let’s not forget it’s Sarah Palin and other republicans who are saying we need to stop paying the government to increase revenue! Yeah, yeah…receiving less money means it’ll be easier to pay the bills! Spit.

So which statement is right? Does it make sense for our government to continue to receive less tax revenue to fund it or does it make sense to spend more of the stimulus money on the streets to create jobs, which in turn, will create more tax revenue to our government? You decide. I’m going with Joe Biden’s way of thinking because the old business adage of ‘we have to spend money to make money’ is the only way to get our nation out of debt. Creating jobs, reducing the cost of healthcare/insurance, reducing spending (such as NASA!), and taxing the higher tier has always worked!
Been done for years….
Ronald Reagan spent, taxed, and never reduced spending. Same with George H.W. Bush when he was president…and he even tried starting a war in Iraq at the end too in the hopes to jump start the economy (we were in recession under him and Reagan) and to help himself get reelected. During these two presidencies, our nation did not fail. We were already trillions in debt thanks to the Reagan years. Then came Bill Clinton who raised taxes, spent, reduced spending in some areas, but the key to turning the economy around under him was in creating jobs which he did to the tune of 22 million. Our nation had a surplus after the Clinton years and then George Bush came along. George Bush didn’t tax the rich, he spent like a drunken sailor on two wars and for the uber wealthy, he didn’t reduce spending, he increased the size of government, he ignored the signs the banking/housing industry was collapsing, and after 8 years of doing this, our economy is failing. We now have President Obama in office who wants to do what Clinton, Reagan, and George H.W. Bush did which is tax those who can afford it, spend money wisely to create jobs, reduce spending over time, and regulate the banking industry where needed to close the loopholes that are damaging progress.
The next time you hear someone say, “The only way to increase the size of my bank account is to reduce my pay!”, you tell them they’re stupid.
There is good spending and bad spending. Good spending would be in creating jobs. Bad spending would be borrowing trillions from China for two wars and to help America’s wealthy not pay their fair share of the taxes and then telling the rest of America to screw off. The End.
Well, we think he’ll be going to Canada today. Some in Canada would like to either arrest him as a war criminal or would like to bar him and Laura from entering the country today.
Keith Olbermann & guest explain:
It’s not surprising to me that George Bush is going to Canada on St. Patrick’s Day. It’s not a secret that the Bush Family despises the very Irish Family of Kennedy’s. When John F. Kennedy was assassinated in November 1963, George H.W. Bush was photographed standing outside the Texas Book Depository with police all around, but yet, to this day George H.W. Bush has no idea where he was on that fateful day. Yep, all Americans who were alive the moment when JFK was killed remember exactly where they were and what they were doing when they got the news that JFK had been assassinated. The only person to not know was working for the CIA at the time, despised the Kennedy’s, and was photographed at the scene of the crime. Hell, H.W. even got his evil wife Barbara to send a letter out back then to give her husband an alibi. Spit.
Criminal fuckers.
Remember the morning of 9/11/01? George H.W. Bush was in a meeting with one of the bin Ladens (yes, that bin Laden family) concerning their company, the Carlyle Group. Well, when Americans gasped upon hearing this news, George H.W. Bush changed his story and said he was stuck on the tarmac along with other great Americans around the country that fateful morning.
LIAR.
I hope his son, George Bush, is arrested today.
Huh. Now why would that happen? What makes Saudi royals and THEIR Citigroup so special that they would get two bailouts from the American people? Are they poor? Noooooope.
Maybe it’s because of the relationships the Saudi royals have with these people….

Hey! That seems about right! SPIT.
