Today on Glenn Beck’s radio show he told the story about how last night before he went onstage (not sure where he was or if it was at his Fox News studio) he got a call from a psychic who told him that he was going to be killed on stage that night by a person in the audience. He said the FBI was there in attendance to make sure no one killed him and he himself was questioning everyone person he looked at.

Has Glenn Beck lost his mind or is he making this story up to get more people to come see him or watch him live? Seriously, the man is a deranged lunatic and if the FBI was in the audience last night, it was because HE IS ON A DOMESTIC TERRORIST WATCH-LIST AND NO OTHER REASON THAN THAT if you ask me! Or maybe he knows the right wing fringe is dangerous, but wants to give the impression that it’s the lefties who are? Hey, could be. Beck should be in prison. The End.

OMG, this is too funny. Aaron Swartz is 22 years old, is the co-founder of Reddit (after his company Infogami merged with it), and at the age of 14 helped in writing the RSS specifications we bloggers all love and know today. In other words, this kid has a big brain above that neck of his and so last fall, he and another brainiac wondered aloud how easy it would be to “hack” into the public program, PACER, and download a portion of it’s files and then upload them to the public domain for the public to access.
And so they did. They found it was laughable-easy!

When Aaron Swartz, a 22 year-old programmer, decided last fall to help an open government activist amass a public and free copy of millions of federal court records, he did not expect he’d end up with an FBI agent trying to surveil his house.

The Great Court Records Caper began last year when the judiciary and the Government Printing Office experimented with giving away free access to PACER at 17 select libraries around the country. Swartz decided to use the trial to grab as many of the public court records as he could and, perversely, release them to the public.
He visited one of the libraries — the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals library in Chicago — and installed a small PERL script he’d written. The code cycled sequentially through case numbers, requesting a new document from PACER every three seconds. In this manner, Swartz got nearly 20 million pages of court documents, which his script uploaded to Amazon’s EC2 cloud computing service.
Or, as the FBI report put it, the public records were “exfiltrated.”
The script ran for a couple of weeks — from September 4 to 22, until the court system’s IT department realized something was wrong. Someone was downloading everything. None of the records, of course, were private or sealed, and Lexis Nexis has a copy of of PACER’s database that it sells a high markup. But Swartz wasn’t paying anything.
No crime was actually committed by Swartz because the PACER documents are public records. It was just the mass of records that he downloaded that caused the PACER program to be shut down. Of course, the FBI wasn’t impressed and decided to investigate Swartz anyway.

What is so amazing is the FBI looks at everything pretty much. They’re very good at amassing info on you….even if they have to call your house pretending to be something they’re not just so they can get an additional phone number on ya to research on. One article I read had Swartz saying that when he realized the FBI was investigating him and had actually driven by his house, he locked the doors to his house, laid down on his bed, and then called his mother. LOL! Hey, just because he’s a computer geek doesn’t mean he can’t reach out to his Mommy when needed. 
Americans are not stupid. We know a cover-up when we see it. Since the Oklahoma City bombing and 9/11/01, there have been many unanswered questions about these two atrocities and it appears the only answer the FBI and our government will give us is a couple of crumbs and call it good. Well, it’s not good enough. After 9/11/01, the American people demanded to know what actually hit the Pentagon on that fateful morning, because not only was the damage to the building suspect on what created it, but many people said they saw an all white government plane flying around before the Pentagon was hit. To quell the questions Americans were having, Donald Rumsfeld decided to release the “one and only tape” from the grounds of the Pentagon to show Americans that a commercial airliner did indeed hit the building that morning. Here’s the crumb he gave us to watch:
Eight seconds of video was released and all we see is something white hitting the building perfectly level feet off the ground. How the hell could non-experienced pilots bring a commercial airliner in like that? Was I the only one who thought the plane would be coming in at a 45 degree angle to hit the building? I mean, really, how would an inexperienced pilot be able to clear the trees and the cars in the parking lot and bring that plane in level a few feet off the ground? And why is the tape the Pentagon released edited? They say it’s because the camera took a picture seconds apart. Bullshit! Why the hell would the Pentagon (the most secure building in our nation for crying out loud!) have old security cameras on it’s property? Doesn’t make sense. The releasing of this video only added more questions to what actually happened that day.
Fast forward to today and we’re now able to view the videotapes that were in and around the Oklahoma Federal building the day the bombing in 1995 happened. As usual, the FBI gave us crumbs. These videotapes are highly edited and as mentioned in this article over at Huffington Post, it’s what is not on these tapes that is causing Americans to have more questions about what really went on and who was behind the attack! Here’s some of the crumbs the FBI gave us recently….
The problem is….our government was involved in both of these attacks in one way or another. Dick Cheney on the morning of 9/11/01 created a Shadow Government and said that they (the Bush Regime) had to go to the ‘dark side’. Well, I believe this very violent Shadow Government has been in force for years behind the scenes. In fact, I believe that al-Qaida is the base (al-Qaida means “The Base”) of the Bush Family & Friends, Inc. and is their personal death squad to use to get whatever they want. It’s very interesting that the Bush Regime did away with the Able Danger investigation/program. Why? To this day, we don’t know a damn new thing about al-Qaida either. Again, why? Is it because the players of both are on the payrolls of very important known individuals? Hey, could be. Until proven otherwise, I will continue to believe we’ve been duped for years now.

Nice try Condi Rice in putting out that fake strawman scenario on behalf of the Military Industrial Complex and Your Base. Leaving Afghanistan or being in Afghanistan has nothing to do with our country’s safety, because if it truly did, George Bush would have originally sent in a gazillion US troops to Afghanistan back in 2001 after the 9/11/01 attack (you know, the biggest attack on our nation that you and Georgie joked about coming a month before it happened). But he didn’t. He didn’t care about Osama bin Laden either, though, he did use ‘al-Qaida’ (The Base) in every sentence to keep the fear going that The Base lived in our basements and would attack us at a moment’s notice if we weren’t careful.
If Afghanistan was truly the one thing keeping our country safe, then why did George Bush stop the FBI/CIA from further looking for Osama bin Laden in Afghanistan years ago? I thought you ninnies said we were attacked on 9/11/01 because Clinton didn’t get Osama so it was Clinton’s fault our nation was attacked! Well, by your own rhetoric, George Bush and The Base will be blamed for the next one!
I still to this day believe that The Base (al-Qaida) is a death squad created in the 1980’s by American Republicans, because after 8 years of the ‘waronterra’ you’d think we know more about The Base. Nope! We don’t know nothing about them, because to delve too deeply would bring us right back to Condi Rice, George Bush, Dick Cheney, our government, and the rest of the warmongering thieves over the last 3 decades!

New York police arrive at the synagogue that was allegedly targeted. The men also wanted to use surface-to-air missiles to fire at U.S. military planes, according to a criminal complaint filed in White Plains, New York.

The four men began meeting with the informant at a home equipped with concealed video and audio equipment, plotting to bomb the synagogue and Jewish community center, the statement said.

“While the weapons provided to the defendants by the cooperating witness were fake, the defendants thought they were absolutely real,” acting U.S. Attorney Lev L. Dassin said in the statement.
“The bombs had been made by FBI technicians,” said Raymond Kelly, New York City police commissioner. “They were totally inert. no one was ever at risk or in danger of being injured.”
Huh. John Kerry a liberal was right and now we know his idea works! Of course, we can’t give full credit to Kerry because the FBI and our police have used this technique for a long time. What I find fascinating is…the neocons of America laughed at John Kerry years ago when he suggested such a thing, because according to the neocons, the best way to resolve anything is to bomb & kill and then ask questions later! Idiots as usual.
