This page is a list of all the republicans in DC who are claiming they are the authority when it comes to the US Constitution, but prove to us over and over that they have no idea what this document is, what it does, and what it really means.

Neil Cavuto of Fox News goes after Rep. Alan Grayson about setting limits on bonuses/compensation for those companies who are receiving American Taxpayer Money:

Cavuto, instead, proves how little he knows about the Constitution and how our government works. Congress (the legislative branch) makes the laws, the Executive branch administers/enforces the laws (examples: EPA, Dept. of the Treasury, etc.), and the judicial branch interprets the laws of the Constitution.
What Grayson was trying to say before Cavuto interrupted him is the House has passed a bill that will provide oversight of the bonuses of the government controlled/TARP companies. It’s up the Department of the Treasury (part of Obama’s cabinet and the Executive Branch) to enforce the law and enforce the rules accordingly. The Treasury will determine what bonus amount is considered reasonable.

Glenn Beck tries very hard in convincing everyone who is listening that he knows how the US Constitution & our government works when he interviewed Connecticut’s Attorney General Blumenthal recently:

Notice how Beck won’t allow the AG to get a word in edgewise when he wants to explain the laws & statutes? So laughable!
