When George Bush was doubling the national debt to the amount of $12 TRILLION dollars over the years he was the Fuhrer, the republicans in this country remained silent. When Enron crashed and George Bush didn’t demand regulations be put in place to make sure something like that never happened again, they applauded.
When he was torturing prisoners all over the planet in secret prisons, they remained silent.
When tax cuts were going to the uber wealthy and their paychecks didn’t increase, they lost their job, and their home, they were fine with it and remained silent.
When AIG decided in April of 2008 to give $400 million in bonuses to their employees that year and in Sept/Oct 2008 when the company started to crash, the employees in the financial product department (WHERE THE HEAD OF THE CREDIT DEFAULT/DERIVITIES PIG LIVES) got their bonuses anyway at the end of 2008 and more today, even after we, the American government, bailed this company out to the tune of $150 billion, the right wingers remained silent.
When the stock market would plummet 800 points on a day under George Bush in his last year, they said it was a correction. And when the stock market went from 14,000 points to under 8,000 points by the time George Bush left office, again, they remained silent, didn’t care, and said it was just the market fixing itself.
When the stock market goes up today, it’s because of George Bush’s brilliance too! Spit.
Oh, but now that we have a president who has dark skin and who is trying to fix the George Bush Shit Pile that can still be seen by satellite, President Obama is being blamed for everything George Bush did and didn’t do!

President Obama has been in office for 2 months and even when you point out to the imbeciles of both parties that their hatred is unwarranted at this point because it’s too freaking early for it and the shit pile is too big to fix in this short amount of time, they don’t care! They don’t want to hear it and they run away with their fingers in their ears screaming, “La lalalala la!”.
So, I’m going to sit back and watch what happens. Guaranteed President Obama will be impeached (or they’ll try to) this year and the neocons who hate blacks will be ecstatic, because we all know this is the real reason why they hate and despise Obama and they’ve been looking for any excuse to go after him. Last night on Rachel Maddow’s show, she brought up the fact that Blackwater has changed it’s name to “Xe” which apparently is pronounced as, “Zee”. While Maddow made fun of the change and pointed out how the religious right and other neocons are NOW renaming & redefining names/words in their lives to make themselves feel better, she also made the point that “Xe” doesn’t sound so ”law breaky at all” (LOL) and then rolled her eyes…
So why out of all the names they could have renamed their company to, why the hell did they chose “Xe”? Tah dah! I know why Blackwater changed their name to “Xe”! Go to Google and type in ‘xe’ or ‘Xe’ or ‘XE’ and tell me what you get. That’s right! You get close to 100,000,000 hits of nothing! Yep, ole Blackwater who wants to change it’s tarnished image has now made it so you’ll never find out what they’re doing in a million years and it will take you just as long to find an article written about them if you wanted to try!

Joe LIEberman spent the last 8 years along with Sen. Susan Collins, a republican, screwing the American people over by doing zero oversight of Halliburton, KBR, Betchel, Blackwater, and other contractors as the heads of the Senate Homeland Security & Governmental Affairs Committee! Nothing! They did mock hearings and then did nothing. They are both an abomination and the official Brownshirts of the Bush Republican Party for crying out loud! As Jane Hamsher points out below, Joe LIEberman has not earned his right to hold a gavel of any fucking committee!!!!
Here’s what I heard Harry Reid saying today at his press conference right after he and the Democrats voted to keep Joe:

Howard Dean, who is the current Chair of the Democratic Party, had the following to say on a phone call to lefty bloggers today after the Democrats voted for Joe LIEberman to stay on the Senate Homeland Security committee (you’ll be astounded to find out Howard Dean didn’t do ANY INVESTIGATING of what Joe did as the Chair/Senior Member of the this committee! HOWARD DEAN: What I’m saying here is along comes Lieberman. He behaved very badly during the campaign and did some things inside the club that are unforgivable.

Well, people of my generation think — yeah, damn right we should. But in the new spirit of reconciliation, which is why I think Barack Obama got elected by 66% of the under 35 vote, maybe it’s not the way.

And so I don’t think it was a matter of “reconciliation,” I think it was…we were told to go Cheney ourselves. And I think that that really is the sentiment online.
HOWARD DEAN: I know, I’m sure they…I haven’t seen the blogs about this because it’s just happened…but I’m sure that the sentiment online is one of outrage. But I would line up with Barack. I don’t think you were told to go screw yourselves at all, I think he that has now got to practice what he preaches during two years of campaigs that he wants to bring America together.
As objectionable as Joe’s behavior was — and frankly unprincipled — I don’t think that this is the thing that should divide us, and I don’t think it’s about his vote for FISA or anything else. What kind of a tone do we want to set? Do we want to have a purge as the first thing we do? I don’t think so. I mean, I don’t know…
JANE HAMSHER: But the tone we just set, with all due respect, is that Joe’s lack of oversight on the Homeland Security Committee, and his refusing to investigate Katrina to pay back the Republicans, and his refusal to look into billions and billions of dollars worth of graft and theft is okay for political considerations. I think that’s the message you’re sending and I don’t think that’s the change people voted for.
HOWARD DEAN: Well I don’t think that stuff is okay but I have to say I’m not terribly familiar with his record. But you know I would agree, that’s not the change we voted for, I agree with that.

JANE HAMSHER: Governor Dean, Greg Sargent just put up a post saying that you believe that the liberal blogosphere was motivated to take Joe Lieberman’s gavel away because of revenge. Is that what you think this was?
HOWARD DEAN: I think some of it was anger over his behavior, certainly I have anger over his behavior.
JANE HAMSHER: But I think the larger issue here is that Joe was not qualified for the gavel they gave him, and has proved himself unqualified over the past two years.
HOWARD DEAN: Look I’m not going to a dispute with you over that, because it sounds like you know his record much better than I. I never looked into what he was doing as the Chairman of the Homeland Security Committee. I was too busy figuring out how to win the election. So I don’t want to get into a debate on whether he’s qualified or not.
JANE HAMSHER: But do you think that’s something that the Senate should’ve looked at in deciding whether to give him the gavel or not?
HOWARD DEAN: Well, I hope they did.
Over the past year or so I’ve grappled with the idea of staying with the Democratic Party. One day I wanted to stay and then the next day I wanted to tell the party elites to fuck off. I then decided if I wanted to make change to my party I had to get involved, so starting late winter/early spring of this year, I joined my local county Democrats to do just that. We were very successful in electing Democrats locally, statewide and nationally. Proud we were of ourselves.
But now? I’m not feeling the love again. In fact, this week I’m going to withdraw from the Democratic Party and I am encouraging you to do the same, because if Howard Dean and Harry Reid aren’t listening to us, then how the fuck is that THE CHANGE WE CAN BELIEVE IN? Huh? THIS IS NOT CHANGE…..THIS IS HOW THE PARTY ELDERS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN! I say…………..FUCK YOU!!!!

It’s not surprising Levi Johnston is lying to Americans, because really, he has a very good teacher right now: HIS FUTURE MOTHER-IN-LAW SARAH PALIN (now why the hell would a judge ask Ms. Sarah to preserve her emails? Because she might delete them to protect herself? You betcha!)!
Apparently the Palin “morals/values” family who believe in abstinence (but their daughter right now is on her 2nd pregnancy and is only 17), who believe in America (but they fail to tell you about how Sarah & Todd used to be members of the Alaskan Independence Party that wants Alaska to secede from the nation!), and who tell us that education is very important for the younger generation (*gasp*).
Well, Levi Johnston has now announced HE’S GOING TO DROP OUT OF SCHOOL, so he can go work on the North Slope like his future father-in-law (Mr. Ski Doo Dude himself!) , which is so interesting because THIS PERSON reported that both Bristol & Levi had dropped out of school at the beginning of September 2008 (if you noticed, the link in the post goes to a failed page now! Oopsie! Big Brother does not want you to know this truth!)! And just when you thought you couldn’t gasp anymore without fainting…

Oh please. Can anyone say ‘white trash Americans’ please? The only time you see a family like this in your life is when you drive by the nearest trailer park or on our televisions. It’s sad really. How can the Palin’s look Americans in the eyes when they clearly are a laughable combination of fools who WILL BE DANGEROUS WITH ANY MORE POWER THAN THEY ALREADY HAVE (or think they have)? Huh?
It’s bad enough that GOVERNOR Sarah Palin has been found guilty of abusing her power, even though she’s saying she didn’t. Oh yeah! Like we can trust her at this point! Jees. How embarrassing she is to the women of this country who actually do have morals, values, and WOULD NEVER USE THEIR CHILDREN AS A WAY TO PROTECT THEMSELVES!
For crying out loud would someone make this family stop please! Jees. They’re giving me a stomach ache, a headache, and a very bad urge to have a cocktail at 10pm at night!!!!
