Erick Bennett is running for the mayor of Portland. He claims he was Paul LePage’s “publicist” as well as being his “strategist”, but so far, no one can find anything substantiating these claims! (Paul LePage has some explaining to do if these titles are correct, because as of right now, there is nothing in his 2010 financial disclosure that has any mention of Bennett….let alone….any money recorded going to Bennett for his services!) Of course, are we really surprised that a goon connected to Paul LePage or one who worships him would lie to try to get elected? Nope! I’m not surprised at all!
Erick Bennett has some more explaining to do to the people of Portland. He needs to explain what the original assault charge he had against him, who he assaulted, and why he tried to get it thrown out on a technicality (which the judge refused to do). Since I am now blocked from seeing Bennett’s public Facebook profile, I am hearing through others that he’s been explaining to those who aren’t blocked that his soon-to-be ex-wife is trying to rake him over the coals. Um, wha? Did he assault his wife/ex-wife? Is that why he’s trying to explain himself there but not publicly? Very interesting!
I know you’re wondering about the picture above. Well, I can still see Bennett’s pictures on his public Facebook page and this is one of many narcissist shots of Erick! Yes, that’s him in his home (maybe the steamy bathroom???) taking a picture of his body so he can post it to his Facebook page for all to see. Now…..where have I seen a picture like this before? Oh wait! I know! Right wing teabagger Rep. Christopher Lee has a similar shot! Interesting, both of these men are married men too. Here’s Christopher giving a woman on Craiglist a “dreamy” shot of himself….

His biceps are as large as the distance between his elbow and his shoulder… I hate to diagnose someone with my unprofessional opinion, but, if he is making wild claims that can’t be substantiated, and has this inflated opinion of himself WITH assaults on his record to boot, well, he probably suffers from the Napoleon Complex…. Just sayin.. Some therapy and he will probably be ok.

Wow that is unreal , erick bennett needs his head examimed, anyone who takes photos of themselves with no shirt on is cleary stuck on themselves & has a low self esteem, he clearly is seeking some sort of attention, that maybe he didn’t get from his family growing up & now thrives on it,
Now Erick has had ties to Middletown Conn, & different places in Maine & has only lived in Portland a very short time, he has not been in politics for that many years , maybe what,4 years.Does he have a criminal background??? maybe if so should that be made public?? I would think so , anything such as that should be made public so a voter knows who they are voting for..
with a man like this sure makes the governor of Maine look very bad, maybe his tax records should be looked into to see if he was paid by the governor for his services & what kind of services were those???
He blames things on his ex-wife really if a man blames a woman for things that he has done , well that is not very good ,,
maybe his ex wife should be interviewed by the media on her commnets , that will be followed up shortly I am sure & get to the basis on a more internal matter , most times if one gets to the root of something , it is then one can tell how it works,,
If Portland residence vote for thsi man to be in office , in my opinion it will be a mistake, I suggest voters to do some foot work about this man on a serious note really!!!!!!!!

Ericks assault charge is a result of him beating up his wife (who has been his ex for 7 or 8 yrs) in front of his 2 kids and his stepson. He is a deadbeat Dad who hasnt paid child support in 8 yrs. When the state catches up to him and starts attaching his checks, he quits his job and moves. He hasnt seen his kids in 8 yrs. He was ordered to have only supervised visits. He was ordered to take the Mens work class and got kicked out for not paying,.
