Ha ha. The 22 million missing emails from George Bush’s White House have been found!

I’m sure Bush & Cheney are fine that these emails have been found, because honestly, what would these two angels have to hide from us Americans? I mean, really, they were so honest with us for their 8 years so what could possibly be in there that we didn’t already know? Spit.

Speaking of finding something “lost” and bringing it into the light: IT APPEARS JOE LIEberman HAS BEEN CAUGHT ON TAPE BEING FOR EXPANDING MEDICARE TO AMERICANS. Oh how this bastard’s hypocrisy has been exposed! He might as well start calling himself a right wing conservative now because he fits the profile….hands down!

If you happen to pass by Joe LIEberman today, could you please trip him for me? Thank you.

NewsBusters is so upset with rational thinking Americans being upset with Joe Lieberman that they can’t handle an ounce of criticism about Joe’s wife. Really? Well, here’s some more for you to bitch about!….

  1. But having them now means war crimes trials could be easier to prosecute, since you can only be impeached for “high crimes”.

…. wanna bet KKKarl is sweating a little.

    speedy Gonzo too.

  2. I’d love to see prosecutions of the whole criminal cabal, the realist in me wonders if I’ll live to see it.

This morning on NPR I heard the whining begin, by way of “lack of funding” to recover the entire 22 Mil, but the dates CREW is interested in should be sufficient to create considerable asshole puckering.

Who knows, when this all hits the web there might be enough public outcry, at home and abroad, to bring these bastards to justice. Not that I’ll be holding my breath though, they wouldn’t even impeach Mark Sanford after a demonstrable act of dereliction of duty.

  3. Maybe this revelation will cause THE DICK Cheney to take a lower profile, hopefully slither back under the rock where he belongs.

  4. I wish Lieberman had gotten the Berlusconi treatment, he is a little punk who needs his ass kicked multiple times. Did you see that Rep. Rosa DeLauro (D-Conn.) is calling for him to be recalled. Something has to happen to that little punk, he’s helped screw up this country for too many years. Argghhhhhh.

  5. Being a supporter of the more progressive Sen. Bill Bradley, and upset with Gore for selecting Loserman as his running mate, early on in 2000, when John McCain looked like he might be the nominee, I actually toyed with the idea of voting for McCain over Gore/Loserman. However, that was before McCain showed his true colors, flip-flopped and kissed up to Bush/Cheney.

  6. That’s funny Grant, because I hate to admit that I too thought that McCain was a pretty reasonable guy before I learned more about him. I also said a couple of times that I might consider voting for McCain in the 2000 race. McCain and Loserman are similar in a lot of ways.
I thought Ned Lamont took Loserman out, but he’s like a zombie, he just keeps on coming back. The recall idea is a great one, but I’m not hip to how likely it is to happen.

  7. Ned Lamont did kick Joe Lieberman out on the Democratic ticket, but Joe being the flea he is decided to call his “new party” (which he is the only member!) the “Independent Democrat”. What an ass! I hate the man more than beets and liver.

  8. I can’t wait to find out what is in these emails! Besides their war crimes and their exposing of a CIA agent during a time of war, I hope to hell there are personal emails from Dick Chernobyl to the DC Madam! Oh yea! Would love that.

  9. It might shed some light on why the DC Madam committed “suicide.”

I’d sure like to see who was on her “guest list.”

As to the LIEberman issue, this bottom dwelling, self-aggrandizing cocksucker should be tarred and feathered and deported to Baghdad, wearing a “I voted to bomb you” T-shirt.

    • “I voted to bomb you” t-shirt! Bah hahahahahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaa! William, maybe it would be good to send Joe to the new GITMO in Illinois! That way we can stand outside the gates of the prison to protest his weeny ass!

  10. Reid should make Lieberman actually get his ass on the senate floor and filibuster. Make him stay there for freakin days, play his fucking game, see if he actually does it.

  11. Cheney doing a “perp” walk would be fucking awesome. Put him in a cell with “Bubba, the senior citizen rapist”

  12. I think Cheney is an android, with all his heart problems he’s had, how can he possibly still be ticking? How did you like Liz’s criticism of Obama’s speech, trying to say he was badmouthing the CIA and the military, trying to deflect from her daddy. Why is she taken seriously, really?

I was thinking the same thing Grant. God, let’s hope so! Sadly I heard these e-mails will not be available for the public to view and read until 2014. I’m afraid by that time no one will have the stomach to take down Cheney and his little hand puppet George the lesser.

  14. From Booman,

Yesterday was probably the most embarrassing day yet for the progressive blogosphere during the short reign of the Obama administration. So, now is probably a good time to just let loose and register my disgust with the movement I’ve been a part of for the last five years.

If you supported Obama during the primaries, you know who you are and this does not necessarily apply to you. For the rest of you, you spent the primaries either shilling for Clinton and telling us our guy was all talk and no show, or you spent them bitching that David Plouffe wouldn’t respond to and obey your emailed wisdom. As soon as he won the presidency, you started bitching about his appointments. As soon as he became president, you started bitching about his messaging, his framing, his agenda, and his lack of deference to your opinion. I want to know where the point was in this process when Obama was supposed to conclude that you were his allies and that you were responsible for his victory. When was he supposed to conclude that he owed you something, or that you had any respect for him, or that you credited his good intentions, or that you understood the myriad responsibilities of the job might mean that your pet issues might have to wait six months, a year, or two years to get to the top of his agenda.

You call him a warmonger, but he gets the Nobel Peace Prize. He ends torture and allows his Attorney General to investigate it, and you call him a torturer. He tries to enact health care reform with a robust public option and you accuse him of seeking every opportunity to sell-out to the insurance industry. He bails out the cratering financial services industry and prevents a second Great Depression, and you accuse him of selling his soul to corporate CEO’s. I’m not saying that all of these criticisms lack validity. I’m not saying that people shouldn’t advocate for the things they care about passionately. I just want to know where you get the fucking idea that an anonymous White House staffer who gets asked about all this criticism would feel obligated to show you deference and respect.

What’s he supposed to say? That all the criticism is right on the mark?

The truth of the matter is, right or wrong, the progressive blogosphere has been a more severe and on point critic of the Obama administration than any teabagger. And, in many ways, that is to the community’s credit. We don’t embrace the cheerleader’s role and that gives us more credibility. When the president screws up, we’re willing to call him on it. But, Jesus Christ, do you expect the administration to lie down and say, ‘Thank you, sir, may I have another’?

If you berate them for not closing Guantanamo fast enough, not ending Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell fast enough, not evacuating Iraq fast enough, not passing a health care bill fast enough, and so on…do you not expect one of their number to at some point push back and point out that making these kind of changes takes time and is a bit difficult?

And, where the hell do you get off taking it personally? Aren’t you the ones accusing them of being whores to the insurance industry and Wall Street and the military-industrial complex? Do you think they are going to find that criticism generous and well-intended?

Criticism is fine. But the sense of entitlement involved here is staggering. Ooh, some big, bad White House adviser defended the administration against one more heated attack. My feelings are hurt. Guess what? You should get over it.

I think the White House is willing to listen to criticism from their allies. From you? Not so much.

  15. I’m probably going to get banned from Taylor Marsh’s blog soon, I suspect the next time I try to post. I clicked a link that went to her site the other day and read a little, and it dawned on me that the impetus for the Obama hatred goes back to the cult of Hillary. The same folks that were spewing the terrible insinuations (3 am calls, remember Hillary hedging on whether he was Muslim)….these so-called progressives were just as bad as the right, damaging their own party because their candidate wasn’t winning. Now they are destined to make it a reality by undercutting everything he does. The Marsh’s, the Aravosis’, they are all bitter that Hillary lost. And they are going to make him fail just to show us Obama supporters. In response to a post I put up on Marsh’s blog, she called Booman an apologist for Obama…..as if Obama is the enemy. He’s a democrat. Why would a so-called democrat accuse another democrat of being an apologist?

  16. Jim, you are absolutely right! There are some “progressive liberals” out there who were for Hillary (hey, even Rush Limbaugh was for her!) and when she lost to Obama, they have not gotten over it! ASSvosis right after the election started deprogramming his readers into believing Obama was the anti-christ. It’s just disgusting. So sick of these asswipes.

    And…

Some of these “progressive liberals” believe they have to go after other Democrats because they don’t want to go after republicans…you know….kind of like Joe Lieberman! Spit. Yuck!

  17. Listening to Matthews, Schultz, Chuck Todd, et al at MSNBC lamenting Obama’s slide to 47% today, it’s hard not to be disillusioned and come down on the Democrats. Most of the blame should be placed on Senate Democrats, however. I fear the Republicans may take back BOTH houses in the next election with all of this nay-saying, much of it coming now from Democrats. I don’t even want to think about a possible McCain-Palin administration and where we would be right now if they had succeeded.

I do think there has been too much time spent on healthcare to the point of burnout now. Americans are still MOST concerned about jobs and the economy and maybe this healthcare issue should have been pursued at another time. First things first! Obama wanted it NOW as he felt he had his most politcal capital during his first year but it seems now to be pulling him down instead. I feel the same way about gay marriage that the activists scream about wanting it RIGHT NOW! As a gay man, we’ve come a long way since Stonewall, and this is an issue for Obama’s SECOND term if he ever gets one. There are ways gay couples can ensure they have many of the rights of “marriage”, however it will cost them more in lawyer fees than a cheap license at the courthouse. But it can be done.
