In 1989, Clemmons, then 17, was convicted in Little Rock for aggravated robbery. He was paroled in 2000 after then-Gov. Mike Huckabee commuted Clemmons’ 95-year prison sentence. Huckabee, who was criticized during his run for the Republican presidential nomination in 2008 for the number of clemencies and commutations he granted, cited Clemmons’ age at the time of the sentence.

After his release from prison, Clemmons violated his parole and was returned to prison in July 2001. He was released March 18, 2004, according to the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette newspaper.

Maurice Clemmons was rearrested in 2001 and then was released again in 2004. If it was a Democrat who let him go, then you’re an idiot too!

The whole story;

Clements was convicted of aggravated robbery,

Maurice Clemmons received a 35-year sentence in the early 1990s for armed robbery and theft. His sentence was commuted {by the fuck-up-a-bee] in May 2000, and he was let out three months later.

Otherwise the asshole would still be in prison.

He started right back where he left off;

The following March, Clemmons committed two armed robberies and other crimes and was sentenced to 10 years.

Do ya thunk fuck-up-a-bee would keep him then?

Noooo;

He was paroled and released March 18, 2004.

And add to the four murders of police officers;

Clemmons had been in jail in Pierce County for the past several months on a pending charge of second-degree rape of a child.

So fuck-up-a-bee has several murders, the rape of a child, and numerous armed robberys to answer for if the reich wing tarring and feathering of Micheal Dukasis is the standard.

Don’t think the empty hair guy or the twit are gonna let fuck-up-a-bee go on this one.

Hope fuck-up-a-bee likes his show on fake noise, cause that is ’bout all he has to hope fer.

The presidential campaign of Democratic Massachusetts Gov. Michael Dukakis was sunk by George H.W. Bush’s campaign emphasizing Gov. Dukakis giving permission for prison furloughs (BTW a program that was started in 1972 by REPUBLICAN Gov. Frank Sargent). Such furloughs were also granted in 38 states at the time. However, Massachusetts was the only state granting furloughs to those sentenced to life in prison without parole as was the case of William Horton. After BLACK William Horton raped a WHITE woman while on furlough, the program was suspended in Massachusetts. However, Horton had already been on three furloughs (family funeral, medical emergencies) and had previously behaved himself.

Bush strategists Roger Ailes (now President of Fox News) and the late Lee Atwater used the Horton furlough repeatedly in campaign ads to portray Dukakis as being “soft on crime” and of course the black-on-white rape was most apparent in the TV commercials to play on racist fears of many voters.

This shooting was an absolute tragedy. I can’t even imagine what the officers and the patrons of the restaurant went through. We can thank Asshole for commuting a 95 YEAR SENTENCE! Holy cow. He would have been off the streets today, but no, Mr. Evangelical Christian just had to let him go!

Huckabee started the free-fall of madness. I bet he won’t talk about this on his Fox News program!

Christine Gregoire is the Governor of Washington. What would she have to do with Clemmons being released AGAIN? Huh? Huckabee is the one who systematically gave clemency to those who said they found Jesus. If a person is released from jail a few days before, why the hell would the Governor have any intervention, huh? THEY WOULDN’T!
