During Harry Reids press conference earlier this week when he announced the Senate&#039;s version of the health care reform bill he mentioned that health insurance companies would no longer be able to deny Americans with a &lt;strong&gt;pre-existing disabilities.&lt;/strong&gt;

Why the sudden change in terminology from pre-existing conditions to pre-existing disabilities? Was it a simple mistake by Reid or is this some clever little trick which will give the insurance companies a loop hole to deny coverage to Americans who for example  have diabetes, which isn&#039;t a disability.</description>
