Well, of course they did. They’re conservatives and they believe that the consumer is crap, employees are eels, and CEO’s & scheisters are CENTRAL TO THEIR LIFE, LIBERTY, AND THE PURSUIT OF THEIR OWN HAPPINESS!

Why am I not surprised?

Somebody ought to tell the tea baggers, that interest rates of 20-33% is costing them even more then Washington is.

Oh right facts don’t matter to that crowd of trailer trash and stupid people who actually believe Glen Beck is an honest man, and st sarah’s five chapters of schizophrenic conspiracy theories and blame everyone but her is actually true.

Clif, to be fair, the Democrats didn’t exactly jump up and vote for Bernie Sanders amendment that would have capped credit card interest rates at 15% a few months ago. I believe only 33 senators voted yea.

But yes, I agree, the republiscum are always protecting the rich and greedy.

They (Phil Gramm) were behind repealing the Glass-Steagall Act and replacing it with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act Of 1999 (signed by Clinton)

They (Phil Gramm) were behind the Commodity Futures Modernization Act of 2000 (signed by Clinton)

Wealthy republican bankers and politicians were also behind the creation of the Federal Reserve Banking System back in 1913.

In short: Republiscum have been protecting the interests of the wealthy, the elite and the corporations since we became a country.
