Today I will be registering my “new” car that was gifted to me by a friend. He’s the president of a large company in Portland and even though his car has high mileage, it’s been well taken care of. I am so excited! For months and months and months I’ve been trying to figure out if it would be a good move to buy a car through a dealership or just continue putting money into “Bessie” (my current car) to keep her alive and go without a car payment. Well, a week ago I got the call from Greg out of the blue asking me if I wanted his car! Woohoo! Talk about having good luck. :-)

The blog is still being worked on, so in the meantime, I’ve changed the theme template just so the blog will run a little smoother for you. The other one was corrupt. Ugh. So frustrating!

What is going on with Iran? Does anyone believe that the Obama Administration said recently that they were stopping the missile shield in Europe because they got information showing that Iran wasn’t even close to creating a weapon, but yet today we’re hearing Iran is a year away from making a bomb or something like that? I’M TELLING YOU RIGHT NOW….I WILL NOT SUPPORT A WAR WITH IRAN WHETHER IT’S STARTED BY THE UNITED STATES OR ISRAEL OR IRAN!!!!! My support for the Obama Administration will null in an instant if the rhetoric this year results in Israel lobbing a bomb at Iran. That will be it for me. Seriously….NO MORE FUCKING WARS TO PROTECT ISRAEL OR FOR OIL OR FOR CONTROL OF ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  1. My dad once gave me his old Buick with 125,000 miles. Having been a
    trucker for years, he was a stickler on scheduled maintenance and
    it looked like new inside and out. He was so incensed that a Buick
    dealer wouldn’t give him any money for it, he just gave it to me
    instead to use as a “work” car. I sold it when it had 150K to a
    bricklayer who worked for me for a couple hundred dollars. A year
    or so later ran into him and he said his wife had put on another
    15K and it still didn’t need any oil between regular changes. If
    only people took better care of their vehicles, they would last a
    lot longer and pollute less.

  3. Glenn Beck is to get the keys to his hometown of Mt. Vernon,
    Washington this weekend and help celebrate “Glenn Beck Day” there.
    However, there are many in that city between Seattle and Bellingham
    who are not happy with the citations to honor Beck. On his radio
    show recently, Beck said, “I’m afraid of even landing in my own
    home state. It used to be sane in Seattle. In the outlying areas,
    it used to be sane. Now, not so much. You don’t know some of these
    people in Seattle …they don’t have a life. They’re out hugging
    salmon and setting them free.”

  6. Hope and Change….was it a republican? Speaking of which, as the
    republicans remain bitter over losing to the democrats in 2006 and
    2008, perhaps they may want to change their message which seems to
    be fear and hate. Obama’s message of hope and change may be
    unattainable considering the power of lobbyists in DC but the
    message was a positive one. I suggest the republicans try “Free
    hookers, hillbilly heroin, guns and beer” for their party slogan,
    that should really fire up their base, if not their elected
    members…

  8. Glenn Beck and his followers now have another black man in the
    Obama administration in their gun sights. It is BLACK FCC chief
    Mark Lloyd who was described recently in NewsBusters, seeking
    “liberal bias” in the MSM. Van Jones, check, ACORN, check, let’s go
    out and hang us another nigger, working our way up to the head one!

    like Rev. Jack Van Impe who used his last TV show to slime our
    President the whole half hour. Did you know that Obama has been
    selected by the Bilderbergs to head the New World Order, IOW he is
    the anti-Christ.

  9. The blog is narrow on my computer now, and print so small I can barely read it. With Firefox, I can hit control and enlarge it, however, but then jumping back and forth to other blogs, I have to make readjustments.
