They are out there, you just have to look for them. Has he ever tried to work on getting on with a staffing company? There are plenty of jobs that you can do from your own home.

Also, in order for someone to quit an addiction they have to want to stop. You can’t force them into a recovery program, and if you do chances are they are going to come out of it with the same habits. Generally the individual has to go in on their own free will when they have hit their rock bottom, and they admit that they do indeed have a problem.

Thanks for proving my point Kay. I believe that this guy DID hit his rock bottom and wanted to clean himself up. Generally it takes the addict to stare death in the face before they realize that they do have a problem, and that they need to change their ways.
