Levi Johnston, his book shopping, and Sarah Palin quitting her job in a rush…connection?

Maybe Sarah Palin quit her job as Governor of Alaska because Levi Johnston was in New York City on July 2nd shopping for a tell-all book deal about the Palins? Hey could be! From New York Magazine (emphasis mine) (”Tank” is Levi’s bodyguard among other things):

Wandering through the Time Warner Center, Tank keeps taking calls from the Town Car that Inside Edition hired to drive them to La Guardia. The driver is lost (Tank is referring to their hotel as “The Madeleine”), so we sit down at Bouchon Bakery for a quick breakfast. Levi orders a Coke. Tank explains that they are shopping a book, because there are still many untold stories about the Palins. In the meantime, Levi has been offered “a leading role” in a movie with a former Miss Oregon (and Apprentice contestant), and he thinks he might take it, though Levi says they “actually don’t know anything about it yet, really.” Then Tank mentions a soon-to-be-announced television project. “I don’t even want to call it a reality show,” he says, now in full agent mode. “It will be a docudrama or something similar. I think the whole reality-show thing is played out.” To prepare for the camera, Levi says he plans to start working out again. “I need to, after seeing that GQ article.”

More to tell about the Palin’s that we don’t already know? Hmmmmmmm. This very thing could have put Sarah Palin over the edge considering he was in NYC the night before! We know something put her over the edge. Since we know that it’s not the FBI who is investigating the Palins for embezzlement, this still leaves open the IRS investigating them for it! Let’s not forget it was just yesterday that Todd Palin was found guilty of contempt in the Troopergate scandal, you know, the same scandal where Sarah was found guilty of abusing her power.This couple may look good on the outside, but on the inside, they suck ass. Personally, I am one who does not believe that Trig is Sarah’s baby and wouldn’t it be something if Levi knows this too? This will be one book I will buy that has the word “Palin” in it! Trust me. I cannot wait for it to come out!

I was thinking today….now that Sarah has quit her job what will she quit in the next month or so if she finds life getting too tough again? She’s running out of options!

On Friday when Palin did her presser, I said the following on Think Progress about Rush Limbaugh and his ’secret meeting’ he had last week. I had wondered if this secret meeting that he couldn’t talk about had to do with Sarah Palin and her resigning a few days later:

Rush was due back today on his program, but he had a fill-in instead. The guy in his place said something to the effect about Rush not being in today, “I think he normally takes this week off doesn’t he? I think last year I did show during this week too”, which I thought was kind of weird for him to say. It was almost as if this guy was covering up for Rush’s absent because Rush was in talks with Sarah taking over his spot on his show! Hey could be. There are tons of insane reasons as to why Sarah quit her job in such a haste and this could be one of them!

KO’s show is cracking me up tonight about Sarah Palin! He mentioned the fish stories (her Quitter comment, her fish analogy in her presser from Friday, and her photoshopped photo of her with a fish). Hysterical!

“There are rumors of a fight between Bristol and Sarah in the previous week over Bristol’s unwillingness to continue to do publicity “tours.” Is this code for unwillingness to continue the charade about Babygate?

Fellow blogger Celtic Diva had finally raised the $5000.00 plus dollars required by the state for “photocopying costs” associated with receiving Palin’s emails and has turned in the official request. A lot of people (myself included) have wondered if there is something in those emails that will be the nail in the coffin, even though, interestingly, Ms. Diva herself doubts that that is the case.

And last – but I don’t think least – Levi Johnston is in New York, in the final stages of negotiating a book deal. I have been assured privately that once the deal is inked new information will be made available. I think Levi and others have the REAL TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH SO HELP THEM GAWD. Oh boy! I’m telling you….the very FIRST THING I THOUGHT OF WHEN SARAH WAS GIVING HER CRAZY RESIGNATION SPEECH…..is she was quitting because of the truth about Trig coming to light. Even right winger Howie Carr of WRKO radio out of Boston said, “I hope her quitting has nothing to do with the rumors from last fall” (paraphrasing but close)!

This explains why Sarah in her presser said Trig needed her and SHE needed him. Uh huh. If Bristol is the real mother of Trig then Sarah has been playing a public charade with her grandson and this knowledge will completely sink this woman for the rest of her life! No one will be able to trust her again.

This is a big enough shoe for Sarah to be psychotic at her presser on Friday!

I think you are going overboard Kay.
Unless Levi has incontrovertible iron clad proof, NO ONE would publish such a thing.
And how much credibility/ star power has Levi got to even get an interview, let alone an advance?

Besides, Trig is just as likely to be Bill Kristol’s or Pat Buchanan’s love-child anyway.

We’ll have to wait and see where all of this goes with Palin quitting. At the same time, Celtic Diva has come up with the $5,000 to pay for the copying costs of Sarah Palin’s emails. There could be something in there that Sarah knows is going to get out and this is why she’s freaking out.

The National Enquirer constantly reports stories that are true and untrue and sometimes they mix truth in with ridiculousness, so it seems that Levi would have some truth to report since he was part of this family for at least 2-3 years.

Levi is an outsider that Sarah can’t control. She hates that, but publishing companies love it! See? LOL

I’ll grant you this Kay, the fact that I still can’t believe that Palin was picked as a possible VP, Bill Kristol and Mann Coulter aren’t in jail or working at Denny’s and that Joe the Plunger became a war correspondent just goes to show how unqualified I am to comment about anything.

Levi Johnston is considering posing nude for a magazine that
markets primarily to a gay audience. BUT, he says the “money has to
be right”! It doesn’t bother Levi that he has become somewhat of a
“gay pin-up boy.” Says Johnston: “I think it’s great, man. Um, I
just like my fans. Just another person.” So it looks like he will
do anything for a buck and to extend his 15 minutes of fame. Sounds
like his “mother-in-law”!
