Our President & First Lady have awoken a nation and the world. They are timeless to me. Michelle Obama especially is touching the lives of young girls and boys in such a positive way that it won’t surprise me if 20 years from now these young kids as grown ups will talk about how she touched their lives! Same with President Obama. He’s inspired way too many to count. His footprint in time will be seen for decades. Here’s Michelle Obama on Cinqo de Mayo talking with kids in the DC area:
See all the hugs? Notice how the children can’t help themselves when they’re around Michelle? They just want to hug her with the biggest smile on their faces! She is such an inspiration to our young people that it makes me tear up every time I see these ‘hug fests’ happening!

Michelle actually has empathy and love for children and they can sense that, so they run to her.

Laura Bush represented class and people respected that. I don’t remember a lot of children running up to Jackie or Hilary one because of class and one because of fear.
