Rush Limbaugh has done it again and he’s having a hard time in keeping his racist skirt down that flips up over his shoulders revealing his outright racism towards Obama and all black Americans!
A few days ago I was listening to Ass Limbo’s show and he was talking about some “research” (yeah right….he’s lazy and just admitted recently that he doesn’t walk a mile a year!) he had done. Well, it appears America’s Taliban (the GOP and other hate groups) through Ass Limbo have found that Barack Obama doesn’t have any slave blood in his veins to be the president of the United States! Nice huh? His “research” also found that Barack’s white mother may have owned slaves and the American Taliban thinks Barack should pay reparations for owning slaves.
Oh yes, you can say, “But Kay! Rush was being snarky and funny! He was just joking!”. Well, I’m sorry, but a few weeks ago when Hillary was still in the race and the DNC was trying to figure out MI & FL delegate votes in who should get what, Ass Limbo said, (paraphrasing), “Well, maybe Barack should only get 3/5 of the vote since that’s all he’s equal to!”.

The report, on Reitwiesner’s website, carries a disclaimer that it is a ‘first draft’ — one likely to be examined more closely if Obama is nominated.”
Well, Obama has been nominated. Has this been “examined more closely”? Might the Southern Christian Leadership Conference look into this? I mean, if Obama’s white mother — white mother — from Kansas owned slaves, could it be said that Obama has slave blood? Well, can I give you a name? Sally Hemings. I mean, we don’t know what went on between Obama’s relatives and the slaves. We don’t really know. It could well be, it could not be, but he does have an ancestral relationship with slavery on his white mother’s side. Now, many of you have been sending via e-mail questions since last hour’s segment with our Official Obama Criticizer, Bo Snerdley. One of the questions most frequently being asked is if the Official Obama Criticizer, Bo Snerdley, has any slave blood himself because people think this might be a qualification in terms of your being black enough, officially black enough to criticize. Sometimes I wonder if some conservatives live in the same world with the rest of us. Saw this “hoo-rah” for today’s Supreme Court ruling from a right-winger online which was no surprise to me.
An outright ban is as likely to end gun violence as a ban on drugs will end drug use. More often than not, gun bans are simply a way for liberal politicians to score points with their base. “See, we tried to end gun violence! Oh well.” If the Democrats really cared about ending gun violence then they would address the massive economic inequalities that give rise to crime and gun violence. But of course, they don’t support that because it would impact the profits of their corporate paymasters.
This elation is from some of the same people who were upset when the judges ruled against state’s rights when it came to segregation and Jim Crow as the feds back then were “meddling in LOCAL affairs”. Now it is okay for the federal court to meddle in local and state affairs when it comes to gun legislation.

OT: I’m going to share with you a story my brother recently told me. It’s about a former Iraqi war veteran he happened to give a ride to a week ago.
My brother lives in Northwestern Minnesota and was driving into town recently when he say a scruffy looking guy walking down the road from the other direction. He told me the guy looked like Kane from WWE. Anyway on his way back home from town traffic was kind of backed up due to gawkers looking at the same the same guy who my brother said had laid down on the side of the road to rest.
My brother decided to make a U-turn and ask the guy if he wanted a ride to the next town. He stopped and asked the guy, telling him there was a motel and a camp site in the next town where he could shit, shower and sleep, so the guy took him up on his offer and hopped into the truck.
As my brother dropped him off at a gas station across from the motel and camp site him and the stranger started talking. The guy told him he was a Iraq war veteran just returning from Iraq. He told my brother he served his time and when he refused to re-enlist the military started to f**k with him. They took all of his uniforms except for what he was wearing and told him he had to find his own way back to the States.
After a lot of red tape he finally was flown to Germany and then finally to Georgia. From Georgia he has been hitch hiking across America to get to Cananda. My brother asked him why he was going to Canada and the soldier responded “Because I am done with this country and this government. I am giving up my citizenship and no longer want to be apart of this country.”
He then told my brother that the people of this country have no idea what is instore for them if and when our brave soldiers return from Iraq. He said there will be many violent incidents when they return. He told him they are all f**ked up as anyone would be for what they have seen and done over there. He said a lot of gang bangers enlisted to become killing machines for their gangs when they return. So expect lots of mayhem in the future. Perhaps this is why the senate is working on the HR 1955 bill which is to fight “homegrown” terrorism.
In the past our country is good at creating our new enemies in foreign lands. Perhaps this time our government has created new, future enemies who are from our own country??
Keith Olbermann reported tonight on a soldier, Isaac Stevens, discharged last November with head and spinal injuries from a training accident leaving him wheelchair-bound. He ran out of all of HIS OWN money in February and is still living in a homeless shelter in San Antonio where he has already had to fight off a rapist. This soldier has yet to receive ONE DIME from the government that recruited him. KO said there are about 20,000 disabled vets in the same shape, so I guess BushCo only “supports our troops” when they are able-bodied fighting machines. Story here:

Uncle, thanks for sharing your story of your brother and the Iraq veteran. How many more are like him who are being ostracized by our government because they don’t want to go back & kill some more, because they don’t believe in the cause? Wow. Our streets are going to be more violent. That’s a given. Psychologically our soldiers are trained to push everything out of their minds…except killing. That said, when they realize they’ve been used by the president to fight for oil and the mission is not the one they thought they were fighting, what more is there to live for? No one likes to be used!!!!!

There are many differences that are not being addressed by the Freeper article. First of all, the rivers rose slowly enough that folks in Iowa were able to evacuate. The “safe” levees in New Orleans collapsed immediately flooding the city. There was NO help for many in New Orleans for days, leaving people to sit on roofs for days without clean water and food. The richer white folks in Iowa had cars and trucks in order to leave whereas the poor folks in New Orleans rely on public transportation which was broken.
Contrary to the reich-wing racist clap trap being promoted by the likes of Limbaugh, FEMA has been involved in Iowa from the get go, and didn’t wait until people were in the most dire straits. The Iowa and New Orleans flooding is more akin to comparing apples to oranges.

Today’s Houston Chronicle posted a new poll here in Texas. McCain has 43% to Obama’s 38% with 19% undecided. Would love to see Texas go blue for the first time since Carter won here in 1976. Obama’s campaign manager David Axelrod is working to undo the gerrymandering of Tom DeLay a few years back. Democrats won more new seats in 2006 coming within 5 seats of spoiling the Republican Texas majority in Congress. With the big population increase in Texas this decade, Texas may well gain five more new districts in 2010 and Obama wants to make sure they will go Democratic.

Have always wondered what is so “heroic” about being shot down and sitting in a prison for 5 1/2 years far away from the heat of battle. Up until that time, McCain’s service record was not the best, actually somewhat reckless, and if he hadn’t been the son and grandson of Navy admirals, probably would have been washed out.
I thought “heroes” were like those persons who do things like throwing their bodies on a live grenade in order to save the lives of others.

The other thing I find humorous is you liberals say “Obama is about hope and change.” What change? The presidential seal? The tax hikes? The removal of our freedoms? How can you say he would even be close to a good thing when your liberal representatives have been in control of the house and senate since 2006 and things have only gotten worse? Since 2006 our gas prices have doubled, the foreclosure rate has skyrocketed, food prices have increased dramatically, and the list goes on. Why do you lay the blame at the feet of one man when the fault should be the responsibility of the house, senate, and ultimately, the Democrats since they make the laws? Obama only promises to bring one thing, more misery. Showing many of the ideologies of Jimmy Carter, Obama will prove that he and the democrat party can cripple the U.S. again, just like Jimmy Carter, strengthening those that aim to destroy the U.S. and kill you and your families. Instead of just voting for Obama cause he is black maybe you should look at his substance, his character. After all, this isn’t a beauty pageant and Martin Luther King Jr. said “A man should be judged by his character, not the color of his skin.”
Here’s another thing since Gage brought up the New World Order and Know your enemy, Why is it that Obama has a bill waiting to be passed that will tax the gross national product of our country and hand over billions upon billions of dollars to the U.N., which is essentially at the heart of the New World Order idea? Don’t get me wrong, both parties have the same agenda just the liberals are on a fast track to get there. I say vote for liberty and freedom and get a third party candidate, One from the Constitution party or a Libertarian in there, then you will see change, at least in the Presidential office.
