US Congressman Michael Michaud (D-ME) endorses Barack Obama!

Thank you, thank you, thank you, Mike Michaud! I knew I liked Congressman Michaud for a reason. He’s got a brain in his head and a REAL spine!

From Maine Today:

“As our party’s presumptive nominee, I want him to know that I will do everything I can in Maine and across the country to help win back the White House this November,” Michaud said.

The congressman had remained neutral throughout the primary season, holding meetings in April with Sen. Obama of Illinois and Sen. Hillary Clinton of New York to discuss trade policy and globalization issues.

“Both candidates have waged impressive campaigns and I believe that overall this process has been a positive one,” Michaud said. “By allowing all citizens to have their voices heard, this process has strengthened our democracy and strengthened the Democratic Party.”

Governor Baldacci? How’s his head and spine doing? Uh oh. No brains and his spine fell on the floor where it has remained now for months. No way could Baldacci go against the Clintons! No way! Spit.

    Yes! I’ve been freaking out since last night, Allen! What the heck is going on? I got an error message indicating a virus or something to that effect. Let’s hope FDL is back up and running today! Damn trolls. They hate any sight run by women who speak the truth. As usual, they’re afraid of women having their own thoughts, so they work hard to ‘eradicate’ us. Poor things! Limp wristed neocons they are. :lol: :lol:

    Hi Kay and Allen,
    No lake last night and this a.m. for me. got the bare bones version a little while ago and then nothing upon hard refresh.
    no techie here so i just keep trying while i enjoy Kay’s great site. i hear white noise all the time due to some hearing problem, so am hoping maybe Kay’s brand can cancel out the hissing i hear alla time. ;-)

    Don’t worry Robert after lookin’ at McSame website and that picture which makes McSame look like a TGIF restaurant manager, and given every time he speaks in public most Americans are gonna wonder why the “crypt keeper” is runnin’ fur pres-ident, …. McSame will have a harder time convincing people, (if they can stay awake through his stumbling “sominex” speakin’ style) he might have to ask GOPer-dumb to steal another ‘lection from the American people and the MSM to totally ignore it again.

    Hi Kay,

    I thought I’d just publicly compliment you on your efforts to host a site that keeps the “torch” to the feet of the evil forces that are ever-trying to destroy this nation.

    Hosting your site takes a lot of effort, I know so because I’ve been a moderator of many Yahoo Group sites in past years simply as a hobby-based endeavor.

    Your efforts represent somewhat of sacrifice to your family, and I for one appreciate those efforts.

    It’s easy for some clown to get on your site, then to call you names or impeach your commentary, but I have an appreciation for what it takes to standup against “reichwing” attacks; ie., attacks from disgruntled site participants and those that engage in driveby “thought shootings”…!

    Thanks for your site, even moreso thanks for simply being “YOU”…! Long live WNI and KIM…!

    If anyone in this nation is a patriot, then surely you are “SHE”…! : )

    Hi Kay,
    One of the posts above (#8)has a long gap and I did not see your response til this morning. Carl @ #10 says it for me too. Just thanks for what you do every day. I always look for your comments at the lake and check your site every day. I would comment more often, but when I start to type someone else says what’s on my mind a lot quicker than I can. I think the Hunt and Peck School of Typing gave me a social promotion.

    Oh yeah! what a candidate we have. Can not get the image of Barack taking the place of I believe it was a home health aide out of my head. The video showed him caring for the client and cleaning the house. When I saw him sweeping the floor and realised right away that he knew how to drive that broom, something told me he’s really real and can see the job in front of him and get it done.

    Thanks for the pictures of their two beautiful little girls. No kids here, but I can uncle with the best of them. Funny how my sis and bro in law will let us borrow the nephews any time we want.

    Too long, just thanks again and keep it up, yer doin’ it just right. You have a big fan here in NYC, and spank the next troll a little fer me too.
