The House of Representatives are debating about whether or not to go into a secret session tonight. Wow!

….to talk about FISA and what the Regime has been doing outside it. This is historic, because the last time the House went into a closed session was during the Iran Contra scandal. Wow!

You can live stream C-SPAN 1 here: www.c-span.org

If you missed it, here’s what Nancy Pelosi said today about George Bush:

Show us you got a backbone, Nancy!

I’ve been saying for awhile now that I feel the Democrats will start hammering the republicans this election year. Let’s hope I’m right!

They’re debating this closed/secret session on the floor right now. Dennis Kucinich came down to speak and questioned what was going to be talked about in the meeting. Steny Hoyer said he did not know. For some reason, Kucinich said he would not go into this meeting on principle, which I took to mean that since it’s not going to happen in front of Americans, then he would sit out. Jeebus! I would run into that meeting as fast as I could! Not sure why Kucinich decided this. Any thoughts?

Some of the Democrats are also saying the same thing as Kucinich, meaning, they too feel if Americans see the House going into a secret session it will strike fear in us, because our government is doing something behind our backs. If what the Bush Regime is doing is legal, then why not bring it to the floor to be talked about? Very true.

Bottom line: THE BUSH REGIME HAS BEEN SPYING ON AMERICANS ILLEGALLY AND GUARANTEED THEY’VE NOT BEEN LOOKING FOR TERRORISTS, but rather, HAVE BEEN SPYING ON THEIR POLITICAL OPPONENTS WITH THE HELP OF AMERICAN TELEPHONE COMPANIES!

    Pretty effing bad.

Republican Roy Blunt is the one who will be supplying the secret information in the secret session. What the hell does that tell ya? It means the republicans continue to play their dirty tricks because they’re assholes!

    Okay, going to bed.

Hillary supporters sing, “We don’t need no bling! We’ve got the real thing!” Mmmm. Now who calls jewelry bling? The reminders that Obama is black just keep coming on. It’s not like that voters have eyes and don’t know.

  5. secret session.

    how deliciously ironic.

when they come out and agree to everything Bush demands, try to act surprised OK?

Very interesting indeed! I don’t blame Kucinich. As for the Iran/Contra hearings, they were a farce just like the FISA hearings will be. The truth will never come out. We may have two parties and partisan politics but when it comes to protecting the inner workings of the system they tend to protect one another.

    DING*DING*DING* We have a winner!

Although Chris I wouldn’t exactly say that the democrats always cave to Bush. Don’t be fooled. Sure the democrats appear to cave to Bush in our eyes but in reality they want the same powers that Bush has created, for the future democratic president to use and abuse.

Kucinich not participating tells me that he realizes there will be some type of backroom deals going on which will allow immunity for the Telcoms possibly without our knowledge.

  9. Uncle Fester Lurks says:

As for Pelosi, DAMN IT WOMAN…Just come out and say Bush lied! Enough of this political correctness bullshit! They should have impeached him a year ago but noooooo! Do your f**king jobs as our representatives (employees), uphold the oath you took before taking office and defend the constitution! Is that too much to ask?

  10. Elizabeth says:

Apparently it is UFL…waaaayy too much.

  11. gage says:

But, what do WE know? We are just the People… Living in a nation that was founded FOR the People, BY the People. What? You think that entitles us to KNOW something? Are you crazy?

I think Obama’s rise is good for the democratic party. Have they been held hostage to the clintons like the republican party has to the bushes? Maybe they are all secretly glad to get rid of the traitors.
