An open-letter to Jesus Christ:

Dear Lord, we no longer need you to come back. We now have Barack Obama as our saviour. His inspiring messages have lifted us from a sinful to a blissful state. Blessed be the name of Obama for ever and ever. My family and I have built an altar where we worship his words. Obama is from everlasting to everlasting, the new alpha and omega.

Former Senator Bill Bradley, also endorsed Barack Obama. Bradley was my pick in early 2000 as I wasn’t all that impressed at the time with Al Gore and really upset when he picked Joe Lieberman as his VP choice.

By the time we get to vote in the Texas primary in March, probably only Obama and Hillary will be left on the ballot. I hope Edwards can afford to stay in. Kucinich was removed from the Texas ballot by the state Democratic Party. Disgusting that only the early states get to pick from the original 8 candidates. What a way to run a democracy.
