Oh yes! The race is on on who can be the bigger jackboot licking traitor to America! Right now, Suzie-Q is in the lead with her latest vote against Habeas Corpus, but when you compare her voting record to that of Olympia’s, well, it’s a close race!

“Comparing the Senate to middle school — not a terribly big stretch — the two senators from Maine, Olympia Snowe and Susan Collins, would be those girls who endlessly compete by mimicking each other. They wouldn’t be BFFs (best friends forever), but they might hang out in the same clique, take the same classes and keep close tabs on each other.
“As grown-ups, Snowe and Collins are moderate Republicans who though, as far as we know, don’t call every morning to see what the other is wearing, do usually coordinate votes on key issues. That is why Collins was steaming mad yesterday when Snowe, without warning, switched her vote to side with Democrats to restore habeas corpus rights for terrorism suspects.”
Olympia always does appear to be the more rational one, so when she voted for Habeas Corpus and Suzie-Q found out that she did when she herself gave the middle finger to it, well, the Traitor Match began again!
Which one will win in the end? It could be a toss up, but one thing is for sure, one did say she’d only run for two terms and then be done, but for some reason she’s running for a 3rd term in 2008. At the very least, she’s a liar! Wow, a ton of competition for Olympia at this point.
They’re both traitors to the people they represent — the citizens of Maine. But Senator Suzie is the bigger traitor and liar, right now, with all her cuddling up to Joementum and voting to approve and continue war crimes.
Give Olympia a few weeks, and I’m sure she’ll catch up.

Exactly, Zic & Chris. Both are traitors but right now Suzie-Q is winning the Match! I wonder if she’ll reward herself by having her blogger do a post lambasting DailyKos for speaking the truth about her or about Moveon.org for speaking the truth about General Betrayus? I bet!

Snowe is equally complicit…she knew the damned legislation wouldn’t pass, so could easily afford to toss out a “moderate meme” bone.
In addition, Snowe isn’t up for re-election until 2012 (doesn’t have to appease the NeoCons–she knows they’ll be gone by then).
Collins ‘wins’ by a landslide; simply because she’s aware that those thugs around her in the NeoCon Beltway are going to be “assigned” to her (the MSM is somewhat paying attention to her votes); and she’s never been held accountable in the past….
