Pictures from the Kennebunkport protest of Bush & Putin today…

By kayinmaine ~ July 1st, 2007. Filed under: Bush, Cheney, Maine, Patriotism, Politics, Protest.

Guess what was happening to Bush while we were protesting (many had gathered early this morning to protest at the Village Green in Kennebunkport) today? (Hat tip for Hill for linking me the story)….Bush went out fishing with his father and when they were off the coast of Biddeford, Bush dropped the anchor and it got stuck between some rocks 100 feet down! LOL The boat wouldn’t move and Bush’s Secret Service had to dive down to dislodge it. If that isn’t hysterical and a reflection of his failed presidency and policies, I don’t know what is! Yep, I can see him now throttling to move forward and the boat doing a wheelie and him saying, “Let me go forward liberals! Leave me alone! I want to do what I want to do! Daddy!”. LMAO!

We had no idea this had happened when we were protesting, but knowing that that asshole was hung up on the rocks off the coast of Maine while we were expressing our outrage against him makes me very gleeful.

Anyways…

I woke up this morning early and by 9:15 I was out the door and on the road. I got down to Kennebunkport @ 11:00 and from the high school where I got on a bus, I got to the first protest at The Village Green by 11:30. The 3 main groups protesting today were:

(Maineimpeach.org)

(The Kennebunk Peace Department)

(Veterans For Peace Actions)

Before the main march, we gathered at the The Village Green (across from the Arundel Golf Course, which I thought was hysterical!) in Kennebunkport to listen to speakers before heading out. I was not surprised when people I met back in March to protest the Pentagon were there, as well as, members of the York County Democrats whom I gave a speech on blogging for a month or so ago. Glenn from the YCDs said to me, “Aren’t you the blogger?”. LOL Love that. :-)
The total amount who came out today I’m unsure of, but there were 1200 people brought over from Kennebunk High School alone by noontime and then there were tons who parked near The Village Green and walked from there to come today. I would say at the very least 2,000 showed up and it wouldn’t surprise me if the official count is close to 3,000 that were there. It was an incredible amount of people and I think it was one of the biggest protests in Maine for quite some time or in our state’s history.

The guy on the left in the picture below was the first protester I met today. He was terrific. The picture on the right is the view from the sideline coming up to The Village Green:

One of my favorite protest signs from today (there were tons I liked but this one just narrowed down the mood of the nation for me):

Loved these ones too (the one on the right says, “Thanks to Bush the next 9/11 attack won’t…be a surprise”. Love it!)…

This is Andy Kaplan standing with his awesome sign. I’ve used this picture on White Noise Insanity before. It’s a good one…

The following pictures reflect a heartbreaking story. Alex Arrendondo was 20 years old when he was killed in Iraq in the latter part of 2004. His father, from Massachusetts, (pictured on the right being interviewed by the media with his wife, Melita, who also gave a rousing speech at the protest today), is pretty much still in mourning at the loss of his son. I was reading the side of his truck, which he has made into a memorial of his son, when he came over to me to point to an email he had enlarged that was displayed on the truck door.

He said to me, “This is how I found out how my son was killed! By an email!!!”.

I was stunned into silence for a few moments, and then asked him, “Did the military come to your house to let you know that he had died?”, and he said, “Yes, but I didn’t know for 10 months how he died and all I got was an email telling me how he did die!”.

His pain is still there and I don’t think his pain will ever cease. I think this is why his wife (she’s actually Alex’s step-Mom) gave the speech today. He is too upset that his son, who signed up to serve his country after high school before the occupation started, died and then the military treated his family with such disrespect and betrayal. How can you blame him! Gawd. Not surprised that this has happened considering early on Donald Rumsfeld was literally rubber stamping the death certificates of our soldiers, which was the first sign that the assholes didn’t give a flying two shits about their “cannon fodder”.

As we got closer to the Bush Compound at Walker’s Point there was a disgusting smell in the air. No really, there was. We all laughed and figured it was the smell of sulfur coming from the occupants of Bush family summer home. Alright, fine. It was the smell of the low-tide goo and all the chemicals in the water from the boats that protect the Bushies from the masses! Jees. You win, but it was funny.

The Gathering of Weasels Eagles were there to greet us as we marched on to Walker’s Point. There weren’t too many of them, probably 12 or so, but when we all came upon them we drowned them out by yelling “Impeach Bush, Impeach Cheney”, singing, and banging drums. Tonight on my local news, there was footage of them and I heard one of them yelling, “I was in Iraq!”, you know, like he was the only one who was there and everyone has to agree with him about the war for this reason alone. *rolling eyes* Little did this asshole know, but he was yelling at tons of Korean, Vietnam, and Iraq war veterans in this march today. I don’t know where these jerks get the idea that it’s only the republicans who fight to serve & protect our country, but today was proof that these knuckle draggers have no idea what they’re talking about. Just about every man I spoke to either served our country and/or was in one of the mentioned wars above. It’s why they’re protesting for crying out loud! They know what the effects of war are and they know that it’s not an effective tool in promoting democracy. It’s the knuckle draggers who don’t get it…not us.

This is the view in front of me on the way to Walker’s Point as we were marching (I couldn’t see those walking in the front…hundreds of people in front of me)…

The view behind me (you couldn’t see the end from this perspective either)…

…and you couldn’t see the end, even standing on a high stone wall next to the march (it looks like a sidewalk in the picture, but it’s not…it’s a wall) to take a picture like I did here!

As we marched past the spectacular homes along the ocean on the way to Walker’s Point, many of the homeowners came out to greet us. I would say most were loving the fact that there was a protest marching past their home in the middle of the day. They had the kind of smile on their face that told you they were with you on the war. Though, there were a few who stood with their arms across their chests and an angry look. I say to those people, “Pbbbbllllllllttttttttt…get over it!”. The best part was seeing all the chefs, cleaning help, and other service workers coming out of the restaurants & inns down there. I don’t have to add this, but I thought it was kind of telling that most of the help were black. Just an observation, considering we were in the town where the president’s father has a home and were the wealthy out-of-staters have summer homes… They were having a good time watching us though! I could tell they too were glad to see someone speaking out against this atrocious illegal occupation.

A telling sign & reflection of where we were today…yep….No Vacancy. Yep, the weatlthy really aren’t all that inclusive if you know what I mean. Nice boat, though. It wasn’t big, but it was docked at a restaurant on the ocean if that tells you anything.

The weather held out today, which was great. It was a sunny cool day and there was threat of rain, but it never happened. Though at the end of the march it was overcast, but that didn’t overshadow the reason why were there:

Yep, we (people from Pennsylvania to Maine) came out today to remind people that Bush & Cheney need to be impeached for their high crimes & misdemeanors against our country, others, and our Constitution. Nothing could shadow our message no matter what happened.

Our nation as a whole needs to rise up and hit the streets! Let’s continue doing it! It doesn’t take a lot of effort to protest and because you’re doing it for the sake of your country, it should be something you do at the drop of a hat. :-)

    OMFG!!!

    Kay, this is FAB!!!

You captured it perfectly. I felt like I was there with you.

LOVE the “OFF WITH HIS HEAD” sign. LOL!!

Almost cried at the Alex Arrendondo story.

Today was a good day for a protest. You Mainers make us all proud. And a tad jealous, too!
    :-)

    Onya!

  3. Lee In Houston

All the little cry baby libs gathered in one place. It was another missed opportunity to drop sulfur bombs. But then again, the sulfur would not have been able to overcome the stench eminating from that crowd.

  4. martha

    Thanks for being you.

  5. Wordsmith

I’m all for banning ‘Lee from Houston’ or we could just leave in that ocean goo.

So exactly how close did ya get to the Bush’s place? I would imagine there’s “protection” for the prez so he’s not ‘disturbed.’

  6. Wordsmith

    - edit for above:

…..or we could just leave his ass in that ocean goo….

  7. kayinmaine

    Thanks Hill!

*bashing Lee with my protest sign*

    Thanks Martha! :-)
Wordsmith, we got pretty close to the Compound. Maybe a mile or less? Considering today there was 30 mile radius of security protection by the SS & Coast Guard on the ocean around the home, being a mile from the house is a remarkable thing. It was barricaded by Secret Service & local police, so we couldn’t get any closer than we did. The Kennebunkport/Kennebunk/Biddeford police actually prepared for this protest today and were very accommodating. I didn’t detect an attitude from them at all which was nice. The Secret Service on the other hand didn’t look too happy. LOL Good! A bunch of us yelled out to two of them that they were working for criminals. No response, of course.

  8. kayinmaine

Wordsmith, his time is up again, isn’t it? I’m done babysitting him!!!

  9. Lee In Houston

Banned again? Oh no! Say it isn’t so! LOL! I’ll just be back. There’s nothing you can do about it.

  10. Wordsmith

So it’s similar to what they ‘faced’ in Crawford. Close but not close enough to ’cause damage’ or that the Bushitistas can hear or be made to feel uncomfortable.

Actually, Lee and Dave sound like the same guy. Personally, I think it’s quite rude. I started up a little place after the Gonzales affair here, but I’m not interested in having it invaded with scum who come to harass. I liken it to inviting someone into your home as a guest and they misbehave. I’m just so not interested. Their mindset tints the MSM, gov’t at all levels, and there’s no need to accommodate or tolerate it.

    Hi Kay,

It looks like the protest march was a success and didn’t end up with the authorities night-sticking, gassing the crowd or worse. Who is the guy in the lower left of the photo second from the top? Is he local, or state law enforcement? With his demeanor and uniform you’d think he’s from the RCMP or the British constabulary. I’m sure Maine is rather peaceful to the point it’s sleepy and quite dreary in terms of protest most of the time, so 2500 represents the redline area for the protest participation no doubt and I’m sure it was not appreciated by the smug Bushistas especially with dubya’s entourage getting an anchor stuck in the rocks… :))

  12. kayinmaine

Wordsmith, I know exactly what you mean. :-)
Hi Carl! Maine is pretty good at letting people speak their minds here. Very rare to have billy clubs & tear gas used. The police were actually very accommodating to us. They would rather have it be peaceful anyways. They don’t like the idea of beating their citizens and that’s an honest statement. The only rowdy guy today was one of the Gathering of Weasel (Eagles) guys. He was freaking because no one could hear him and he started freaking! The funniest part? I had no idea what any of them were saying until I watched the news tonight. It was a different guy that made the statement in my post above, but the guy who freaked looked like a hippie Veteran, but you could tell he had a mouse running on a wheel in his head. LOL

Carl, almost every time I drive through Portland, Maine during the week, someone is protesting. This is a great state and it’s filled with great Patriots.

  13. kayinmaine

Wordsmith, I bet Putin saw us. He arrived today. He had to fly by helicopter to get to Walker’s Point. Ha ha, Pooty.

Saw your C&L post about the pictures. Good to see people speaking out against the war-looks like a grand time was had by all…and Monkey Boy can’t even remove his boat from hsi anchored spot. Stupid idiot. And geez, the help was black? Really? I’m shocked, SHOCKED; coz there are so many attractive jobs out there for people these days. end snark.

Lee in Houston is just like herpes, it goes away but keeps coming back.

Lee you little yellow coward, why don’t you save your country and blow Bush!

By the way didn’t you all hear about Lee in Houston’s other career? He was trained as a terrorist by the republic reichwing neocon nazi regime and he tried to blow up a school bus full of liberals BUT he burnt his lips on the tail pipe. BAW HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!

  22. Uncle Fester Lurks

Kay, great photos of REAL American patriots!

  23. Grant in Houston

I hope you ruined his weekend. After all, he has ruined the lives of tens of thousands of American soldiers who gave their limbs and skin for Big Oil and Halliburton or will go through life with constant nightmares. Worse, are the nearly 3600 Americans and untold numbers of Iraqis who were sons, daughters, spouses, fathers, mothers, and siblings whose hearts will forever ache over the loss of a loved one.

  24. mainefem

    Nice pics, Kay!

Poppy should know the depth & geology of that area around Biddeford–i.e., fishing maps & onboard electronic depth-finders.

He’s fished that area for decades.

How freakin’ *dumb* (doesn’t bode well for the machismo “Fidelity III” speedboat aspect of it all, huh)?

Jon Stewart would have a field day w/it.

…tossing an anchor 100 ft. down into the crevices is a total riot (only an inexperienced landlubber tourist would do something that stupid, w/o knowing the area in advance).

So, did your fellow protestors concur that voting for Allen is crucial (re: tossing Suzie-Q ass overboard into an early retirement); or are they insistent upon staging sit-ins inside his office (and potentially vote for Nadar again)?

SUCH A HUGE PROTEST AND NO TRADITIONAL MEDIA THERE TO REPORT IT? What? Another News embargo/black out?!!?

  28. Grant in Houston

An interesting history surrounding the Bush cigarette boat, a favorite model used by Miami drug runners:

    http://www.tarpley.net/bush20.htm

Wonder if it even gets 2 miles per gallon? A heckuva carbon footprint, it is. I guess when you are going after bass, you need something to outrun the evil doers!

  29. Uncle Fester Lurks

I agree Cowboyneok, damn the so called “Liberal” media!

Impeach, convict and hang the treasonistic bastards that Bush and Cheney are!

  30. kayinmaine

    Thanks for your comments everyone!

Yes Grant, Bush Sr.’s big huge cigarette fishing boat is a seized drug running boat. He must have bought that baby cheap years ago from our government, you know, when he and his cohorts were forming death squads down in So. America and when the ‘warondrugs’ was underway. Pig.

Mainefem, the media was everywhere yesterday! Channel 13 was definitely there yesterday and I think there was some out-of-state media too. You couldn’t turn around without a camera being stuck in your face. Even as we marched to Walker’s Point, the media was on the sidelines. Parts of the protest were on the Channel 6 news and I couldn’t stay awake to capture Channel 13’s footage (they had golf on at the 6pm hour).

All I know is I captured the day for others to see! Bloggers are doing the real reporting, aren’t they? ;-)

I love you too Cowboy. :-) You would have had a blast if you were there! The people are just sarcastically funny and angry. Right up my alley! Yours too. :-)
Uncle, I’m giving you an extra Captain Caveman club to beat Lee and others like him here at WNI for when I’m not here. LOL

Kay: Nicely done and only wish we could have been there too!

  34. kayinmaine

Thanks Coffee! I need to go to your blog this morning to calm down from yesterday. LOL Your blog always centers me and I love that as you know. :-)
You’re welcome Roy! There were lots of York County Dems there yesterday. Maybe I’ll get to meet and protest with you too?!!! That would be fun.

Uh Smoke? You’re not the president. If you live in Maine and you fish on the ocean you know that we have a rocky coast here. He had to have been drunk to drop the anchor before looking. LOL Too much Russian (and Maine!) vodka…

Have a great day everyone! I plan to post some more pics this afternoon. :-)

  35. kayinmaine

I’m sure Bush was trying to impress the wealthy citizens on the beach when he dropped the anchor, because the article says he took off his hat to wave to them as his SS was trying to dislodge it. Dumbass….

Thank you for the pictures, kay.

I wish I could’ve been there. I can’t think of anything more idyllic than spending time in that area of Maine, with a fabulous protest like that.

My love of your state, coupled with the wisdom and the state of mind I’ve attained through maturity, it would have made for the perfect vacation for me. You see, I haven’t been back there since I was a child. I sped through it briefly in my early 20’s.

I’m what you’d call stuck in the Turnip state of the world, California, and nobody gets out of their SUV’s or their “home theatres” to actually do anything meaningful, let alone protest a vital and worthy cause.

Oh well, I’m there with all of you in spirit.

    Keep up the good work!

  39. CarBlogger

Hi Kay, Thanks for sharing your pics. I’ve been searching all over the internets for some. We were all there yesterday as well. It was fun, eh? Will you be at the August 25th rally? Hope to see you there. Thanks so much again! (checking back this afternoon!)

**This tiny seacoast town has welcomed the Russian delegation, but an estimated 1,700 demonstrators interrupted a peaceful Sunday afternoon. They called for the impeachment of Bush and an end to the war in Iraq.

Bush, who feels Putin has tried to muzzle free speech, would have approved of a chant led by one demonstrator

“Tell me what democracy sounds like,” she yelled to her
    followers.

“This is what democracy sounds like,” they screamed.

** Extracted from a Yahoo AP in the News Article this AM

Notice how the slimeball press report refers to the American demonstrators;i.e, they “interrupted a peaceful Sunday afternoon”…?!

Then they try give dubya and company some credit for “allowing” Americans free speech in front of a ruskie dictator…!

Sorry AP it’s our right and no matter how much you phony-butt, compromised, 1st Amendment slugs think it’s a granted privilege, it’s still a right…! The American press has become nothing but disgusting toadies owned too, lock, stock, and barrel by the same mattoids that are making a bundle of this Iraqi debacle; i.e., the MIC and the “oil patch”. Yesterdays coverage of the protests were minimally covered and the few times it was mentioned, simply a flash of the protests were shown and the TV comentator/s had almost a sneer concerning the upstart trouble-makers that might be embarrasing the Bushistas! Truly shameful and disgusting in the alleged land of the free and the home of the brave.

Georgie-Porgie wanted to show everyone he can be an “ee-leetist” too by dumping his anchor.

Bill, you definitely were there in spirit! We had a wonderful time and there was at least 2,000 there, contrary to what the AP reported. If we were disrupting the peace, then why did the police help us with this rally and why did the wealthy come out of their home with smiles on their faces to greet us? Oh that’s right, like Carl pointed out, the ROM (republican owned/controlled media) is nothing but “disgusting toadies owned too, lock, stock, and barrel by the same mattoids that are making a bundle of this Iraqi debacle”! Pigs.

CarBlogger! How exciting you were there! I have your email and will find out when and where to be on 8/25. :-) Can’t wait to see you! I wished I had known because I would have looked for you.

    Yo Jeffie,

“Call to arms! Open season on liberal traitors! A bounty for their scalps! Buy your liberal hunting licenses at your local sporting goods store or any Wal-Mart! Free taxidermy for six or more!”

This is an extreme response to people excercising their “right” to free speech and to be able to demonstrate peaceably in public places.

Murder, scalping, annnnnnd you shop at “Wal-Mart”…?! Damn, little guy, this doesn’t bode well for you concerning your psych profile! You are either an adult nutcase, or are about 12 years old posting from your bedroom terminal while mom is whipping up more “sugar treats” for her “little wired- guy”… :)) I do give you credit for following the letter of the law and getting a hunting license, but wait, you aren’t old enough yet! Note: Little Jeffy’s response… :((

I’m providing a link so you can self-test. It will give you an immediate heads up concerning your issues. Get counseling soon before you either hurt yourself and possibly others. They’l probably put you on a serious regimen of ritalin. Sounds to me like you might be another Seung Hui Cho, the Viginia Tech creep in the making! There is help if you reach out soon enough. If not, you probably will end meeting the business end of your local authorities 9mm Glock.

Panda, hello! (Thanks for letting me use some of your fabulous Photo Shop’d pics of the Bush Monsters by the way! I can’t thank you enough, me-Patriot!) Loving your attitude….at one point, we were chanting, “Impeach, Indict, Imprison”. Hey, close enough! Like you said, no particular order is necessary. Any which way would be fine. :-)
And CarBlogger! The Indigo Girls!!!!!!! *putting microphone down* OMG, I have got to be there to see you….and them! I’ll email you shortly to get the details. I think I’ve heard of this protest, but with blogging, my son, working, and moving into our new home, everything is crazy right now and I’m forgetting the good stuff. :-) Can’t wait to meet you! I wonder if I did yesterday and don’t know it? That would be kind of cool. ;-)

  54. kayinmaine

Hi Carl! I loved what you said earlier and reposted it. Thank you. :-)

  55. Pepper

I must add my thanks, as well, to you, Kay. Demonstrations are hard to come by these days; and your pictures were perfect. Thanks for reminding me of them.

  56. kayinmaine

Pepper, protests against the Monsters are hard to come by these days, aren’t they? Well, I will record everyone that I attend. Normally I don’t blog whore (meaning, I don’t go to other blogs to link to my blog), but I have with this post because I think Americans need to get motivated right now! I think we’d all be ashamed of ourselves if we lost our country to these madmen(more than we have already) and did nothing about it.

One thing about protesting is you get to meet like minded people! You’re always in good company and are not a stranger. We all have a common goal too which is nice.

Pepper, thanks for stopping by! I appreciate it. :-)

Thanks Panda! I really appreciate it. You have a gift of narrowing your point down to a few simple words on a picture. I bow to you. :-)
Marcys, exactly right about the reason(s) why we protest! It’s more than us. We care about what is happening to the people of Iraq and most of us can say that when the bombing started in Iraq back in 2003, we wept openly. I know I did. I was embarrassed by what my country was doing. Still am.

I completely agree with your freedom of speech rights. I also think that Bush should be impeached. I live in Kennebunk and have my whole life, and I find it incredibly narrow minded that you would site the fact that the people working in the kitchens are Jamaican. I was reading and enjoying this article until I got to that sentence and to me, you just lost your audience. Those black people are here because they want to be. They make a good hourly wage here, and then take it back to Jamaica where they turn there modest amount of American money into Jamaican wealth. they are quite happy to be here, and to imply that the people of Kennebunk and its visitors are a bunch of pro-slavery rich people…..Thank you for defeating your point.

  62. kayinmaine

Benjamin, you do make a great point, but my point is if you travel around the state of Maine enough, you don’t find THAT many Jamaicans all in one place. Agree? That was my point and if you’ve followed me over the years you would know that I am not an immigrant hater at all. I’ve stood up time and time again (and have been threatened) for the Mexicans who come to our nation to work. I don’t see them as all drug dealers, rapists, and murderers like the reich wing nutcases do online.

So, your point is well taken, but it wasn’t my intention to put them down. It was my intention to make the point that the town where the Bush family lives is full of black workers. That’s all.

Sorry you missed the point. Reread what I wrote by the way…

Thanks for the opportunity to remake my point.

  63. kayinmaine

    Here’s what I said:

“The best part was seeing all the chefs, cleaning help, and other service workers coming out of the restaurants & inns down there. I don’t have to add this, but I thought it was kind of telling that most of the help were black. Just an observation, considering we were in the town where the president’s father has a home and were the wealthy out-of-staters have summer homes… They were having a good time watching us though! I could tell they too were glad to see someone speaking out against this atrocious illegal occupation.”

I don’t see where in there that you got the impression that I was putting down the black help down there. Oh, but some people will just do that, now won’t they? Huh?

  64. Benjamin O'Brien

I Understand what your point was, but lemme give you an example as to what I meant.

In high school, I wore a Patch on my jacket that said FUCK NAZI HATE. The headmaster scolded me, and explained that, although my intentions were in the right place, adding controversial details to my original statement nullified my entire point.
I never thought you were putting down the Jamaicans, I just thought that pointing them out was unnecessary.

  65. Benjamin O'Brien

The funny thing is, I see no difference when I am being waited on by blacks or whites. I’m sorry you take notice of such meaningless details.

  66. kayinmaine

Were you at the protest? Nope. As we walked through the neighborhoods and where the restaurants/Inns were past Walker’s Point the staff came out of the buildings to greet us. 99.9% were black. Uncommon here in Maine to the bulk of the staff black? Yep. Was it interesting that there were that many black staff members working in the town where George Bush’s family has a summer home? Yep. Did I put the black staff down? Nope.

Have I owned my own house cleaning business for the past twelve years? Yep.

“Fuck Nazi Hate” has the word “fuck” in it. How many schools in Maine allow the word ‘fuck’ to be said on their property? None. How many would allow “Nazi” or “hate” in the form of “Nazi hate is evil” or as separate words? I would say almost all and it would depend on how Nazi was used.

Your argument is weak, but I can tell you don’t care and just want to be right and you want to paint me out as something I’m not. It won’t work but keep trying, pal.

  67. kayinmaine

By the way ding dong, the black staff in Kennebunkport was not waiting on me. Read for crying out loud! I’m starting think you can’t.

  68. Kathy

Hi. Love the pics. Can I use them in my indie movie?

Sorry, I don’t have any money…usually never do..but I do this on my own. This little movie (video) is about three Minutemen that are thrown into present day Boston. After finding out their future, our past, they don’t like it. They have to decide to try and find a way back home to stop the fighting for this futile future, or stay and teach the current citizenry how to be true American patriots once more. They stay.

But, I do need pics of anti-Bush, protests, and such like that. I came across your pics on Google and they are just right. May I use them? If I use them in the movie (which I’d like to), I’d give you a credit and my thanks. That’s all I can afford.

Please do let me know either way. I do thank you for taking the time to read this.

I still agree with your mission, and the idea behind the protest you attended. It’s just too bad you cant see past my one constructive criticism.

“Your argument is weak, but I can tell you don’t care and just want to be right and you want to paint me out as something I’m not. It won’t work but keep trying, pal.”

No, I just wan’t people to see no color.

“By the way ding dong, the black staff in Kennebunkport was not waiting on me. Read for crying out loud! I’m starting think you can’t.”

It was just an example, or figure of speech.

And by the way, thanks for calling me a ding-dong, cunt.

  70. kayinmaine

I never see color, but I thought it interesting that there’s a lot of color in a town with only 1800 or less residents in it like Kennebunkport.

Calling me a cunt? Wow! You totally lost your whole argument with that one! I knew you’d show your TRUE COLORS eventually. Thanks for the help! You did it all on your own.

I bet you’re a racist now that you’d called me a cunt, which is a word that the women haters use. I bet women & blacks are low on your list and you’ve spent all this time here on my blog trying to point out that it’s ME who has the problem.

    Fuck off.

  71. Awwww, Babs & Bush Sr. don’t like the idea of free speech in Kennebunkport, Maine « White Noise Insanity

[...] Let’s see, the last time I was in Kennebunkport protesting George Bush and Vladimir Putin was … A couple thousand showed up and as we walked along the route, the people of Kennebunkport came out of their homes and out of the businesses down there and greeted us with lots of smiles. Only a few were not happy to see us and they were mainly the Gathering of Eagles Beagles (maybe a handful) who were acting like Neanderthals and thumping their chests. If there was any damage down there, it was because of these ape men. I’m serious. Walking down the street is not destructive and we were and always are respectful! [...]
