WHITE NOISE INSANITY

Awwwww yes. What a wonderful world Bush has created for all of us. His right wing US Supreme Court today decided (5-4) that whistleblowers in government agencies are not CITIZENS when they expose employer wrongdoing while on the job. In other words, employees cannot expose something illegal while on the job and are not protected by the First amendment Right of this country. They can lose their job or be demoted and are not protected to receive compensation for it. So, knowing this, if a whistleblower is aware of his or her employer doing illegal activity, take as many documents as you can, then quit your job and take the appropriate measures that way!

Today’s ruling was tipped by Samuel Alito who is known for always siding with the government and/or corporation and rarely, if ever, sides with the employees or citizens of this country! Not surprising. Eventually, this US Supreme Court will erode our rights down to a point of non-existence which is very troubling. At some point, it will be illegal to sue your employer (or any employer for that matter!) even if your employer was responsible for the deaths of a 100,000 people! Disgusting. I hate the world under Bush.

On Saturday morning during this Memorial Day weekend, I had an appointment to get my wheel bearing and hub assembly replaced. In the few short weeks before my appointment, the humming from my tires had driven me almost insane, but because our family mechanic (I’m 38 and we’ve been taking our cars there to be fixed for 46 years! You do the math!) is a good one, I couldn’t get in for a couple of weeks so I had to put up with the noise until then. I get there at 8am with my coffee in hand and there are familiar faces all around me. One of the workers is an old man named Dave and he only works on Saturdays for extra money. I like Dave. He is a Korean War veteran and he has stories galore, but the only ‘fault’ I can find with him is his undying love for George ‘Wiretap’ Bush. Dave loves him and everytime I’m there will say he would love to have a beer with Bush. So, on this particular morning our conversation wasn’t any different. Every issue I brought up about the Bush Warpig’s actions from recent weeks, Dave had some positive spin on it. Like for instance, I said to him, “Dave, how’s that Police State going on in Washington DC?”, and he replied, “Kay, Jefferson is a criminal and should be treated as such”, in which I replied, “But Dave, prior to the raid on Jefferson’s office, Tom Delay, Duke Cunningham and even Bill Frist were known to be doing some criminal activity but their offices were not raided! Doesn’t that seem a little odd to you?”. Because Dave wants so badly to have a beer with Bush, he pretty much ignored my questions but did say that Washington needs to be cleaned up (I agree but a better way would be to start with the republicans first!). Eventually, Dave pretty much clammed shut until an older woman joined in on the conversation. I don’t know who she was but she obviously was a regular customer because of the way everyone reacted to her when she came in. She came in during the last part of our conversation and jokingly said that politics is something that no one should talk about in public because it causes so much chaos. We all laughed because we knew she was right. The conversation was light until I mentioned………Rush Limbaugh. Oh. My. God. The old lady’s head literally turned 360 degrees at the neck! I’m now looking at Satan. Nope, talking about all the Bush Warpig’s lies, deceits, and distortions didn’t provoke any ill feeling in her until I mentioned her Savior! Wow. Anyways, from that moment on, she considered me her enemy because, well, I hate Rush Limbaugh and she wanted me to believe how wonderful the man truly is. Vomit. She went on and on and on about him and even tried to convince me that Rush never did an illegal drug in his life! If she wasn’t an old lady and wasn’t so liked by everyone in the room, I would have grabbed her by the neck and would have shoved her face in all the ‘Rush Shit’, but I didn’t. Instead, I let her spew. She then tells me how wonderful Bush is doing in Iraq and how Rush is right and blah blah blah…..when suddenly……my mechanic comes in to tell me that my car is finished. This woman asks me what was wrong with my car and I tell her. She laughs out loud and says to me whenever she hears a noise in her car, she just turns the volume up on the radio as high as it can go, so she doesn’t have to listen to the noise anymore. I yelled, “Uh huh!!!!!!” Lady, in one sentence you just pretty much summed up my case against your Bush and Rush! You just said to me that instead of fixing the problem to get rid of the noise, you put a ‘bandaid’ on it so you don’t have to deal with it! See? Democrats and liberals will fix the problem, whereas, you and your republican dolts will just put a bandaid on it hoping for the problem to go away! And that is why our country is so screwed up as well as everything that Bush has touched in the Middle East!”. Long story short? She had no comeback. She sank into her chair and I left the place happy as a clam at high tide.

Bush has been a blessing to our country because Americans now know what type of government they do NOT want….a Fascist dictatorship! The FBI raided the office of Representative Jefferson’s office a few days ago which was an act that blurred the line between the Executive and Legislative branches of our government. Bush, who started a war in Iraq based on lies, believes that he is the law of the land and uses our FBI, CIA, and the National Guard like they are his own personal employees! He made a statement about the raid but acted like he had no clue the raid was going to happen…like he is innocent. Here’s part of what he said:

“Our government has not faced such a dilemma in more than two centuries,” he said in a statement. “Yet after days of discussions, it is clear these differences will require more time to be worked out.”

As if he didn’t know it was going to happen! Oh please. Bush and the FBI have been working closely together for sometime now. Hell, when 9/11 was approaching, they were ignoring every sign that something big was going to happen to our country for God’s sake.

Bush has now sealed the documents that were taken from Jefferson’s office. Seems all well and good (almost as if Bush is trying to protect Jefferson), but I think Bush and his Warpigs are now realizing that there are documents in Jefferson’s records that could be damaging to Bush, Rove, and the Warpig! Many are now thinking that Jefferson was originally set up by the FBI and Jefferson could have proof in his possession that proves that Rove or someone else was behind the conspiracy to set Jefferson up by using the FBI to do it! Could be. As like any other major Constitutional crisis that Bush has caused or created since he was selected in 2000, we probably won’t find out any time soon!!!!!!!!!!

Bush has also been a blessing to our country because Americans are understanding how important a transparent, lawful government is for a democracy to go forward.

Statement by the President

Over the last several days, the House of Representatives and the Department of Justice have attempted to resolve a dispute over the execution of a search warrant on the Capitol Hill office of Congressman William Jefferson, who is under criminal investigation.
The Department of Justice’s search was part of an important investigation of alleged public corruption. At the same time, the bipartisan leadership of the House of Representatives believes this search violated the Constitutional principle of separation of powers and the Speech or Debate Clause of the Constitution. They note these principles must be adhered to, even in the pursuit of a legitimate criminal investigation.
I recognize these are deeply held views. Our government has not faced such a dilemma in more than two centuries. Yet after days of discussions, it is clear these differences will require more time to be worked out.
So today I am directing the Department of Justice to seal all the materials recovered from Congressman Jefferson’s office for the next 45 days and not to allow access to anyone involved in the investigation. I am also ordering the sealed materials to remain under the custody of the Solicitor General – who heads a separate office within the Justice Department and is not involved in the investigation.
This period will provide both parties more time to resolve the issues in a way that ensures that materials relevant to the ongoing criminal investigation are made available to prosecutors in a manner that respects the interests of a coequal branch of government. The Justice Department and the House of Representatives should continue their discussions and resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
Let me be clear: investigating and prosecuting crime is a crucial executive responsibility that I take seriously. Those who violate the law – including a Member of Congress – should and will be held to account. This investigation will go forward, and justice will be served.

(This statement Bush has made sounds well and good on the surface, but you will notice as you read it, he is focusing on democratic “corruption” and ignoring the MASSIVE republican corruption coming out of the House and Senate for the past 6 years!

Bush is a fucking, demeaning, asshole. Hell, in the first couple of paragraphs, he’s acting like Hastert and Pelosi were making up the fact that we have laws in this country and those laws are to protect EVERYONE in it!

Now, many online are saying that there is a HUGE possibility that originally Jefferson was set up by the FBI (hence the reason it was videotaped) and if that is true, then Bush is lying when he says that the investigation into Jefferson is an important one. (It’s one thing if Jefferson sought the money…but it’s another if the FBI set up a sting to catch a democrat red-handed!!! Illegal!)

Americans are not stupid and they are seeing who Bush really is…finally.)

I just posted about how the Congress was in an uproar today over the FBI barging into Rep. Jefferson’s office to take documents concerning a bribery charge against him (normally…Congressmen and women are protected by the FBI from doing such searches). Well, now I know why House Speaker Dennis Hastert was so vocal today and holding press conferences to tell Americans what the Executive branch has done! Why? He’s is being investigated by the FBI for his role in the Jack Abramoff Indian casino bribery case! I knew it. I knew the Congress was acting this way (all patriotic and stuff) because they were guilty of something. There is always a reason and there had to be a reason because THIS SAME CONGRESS HAS IGNORED ALL THE OTHER ‘CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS’ IN THIS COUNTRY FOR THE PAST 6 YEARS! Just once, I want to see one of the House Members or Senators in hand cuffs. Just once. It will make my day.

Apparently, the only Constitutional crisis in the eyes of the Congress is the one where the FBI broke into House Representative Jefferson’s office and took documents!!!! That’s it. Yup, after 6 years of the Bush Administration and alllllllllllll the laws they’ve broken since they were given the presidency in 2000…the storming of a Congressman’s office is it. Yup, spying on Americans illegally, starting wars on lies, outing a CIA operative in a time of war, and 750 signing statements which allows Bush to ignore 750+ laws of this country, well, the Congress feels breaking into one of their own is above all of that and far more important for the American people. Incredible.

Yes, I know that the Congress (as well as Americans!) should be free of abuse by the Executive branch, but if the Congress had been paying attention the last 6 years, they would have noticed that Bush and his Warpigs have been giving them the finger by RENDERING THE CONGRESS USELESS for years now for God’s sake!! The Warpigs have made clear that they will do what they want, when they want, and with who they want and don’t need the damn Congress to be there when they decide to. Rendering the Congress useless and forming a ‘Unitary Executive’ (dictator) for OUR DEMOCRACY CALLED AMERICA……..is a CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS!!!!! Not the breaking into a Congressman’s office, idiots. What all of this proves to me is that we have the most corrupt Congress in the history of our nation and they are all nervous about having the same thing happen to them. They’re feeling guilty and are protecting themselves, because if they were feeling patriotic and feeling the need to stand up for the rights of the people and themselves, well, THEY WOULD HAVE DONE IT A LONG TIME AGO against the most corrupt and evil Administration in our history.

I spit on them….all of them (there’s a few I like but not many). As far as Jefferson is concerned….resign your position and get the hell out of Dodge and take the rest of the dirty rotten scumbags in the Congress with ya (and I don’t care what party they are a part of either!). Go!

I don’t know why I’m even spending another thread on Pat Robertson because I’m more interested in what the Bush Warpigs are doing to our nation or what the Warpigs are planning to do next than what Wacko Robertson is doing. I think the reason I am writing about Pat again is because most neocons in this country believe people like Pat (and Bush) because on the surface they appear religious, so to the neocons they think they can trust them. Well, the neocons (and Pat and Bush) are the reason why our country is so screwed up right now! They spread their lies, deceits, and distortions without batting an eye.

So, here I am again talking about the Bible-Thumping-No-Good-For-Nothing-Liar. He is NOW (I yelled that) stating that he (yes…76 year old ‘he’!) can bench press 2,000 lbs!!!!! Not only does God talk to Pat using the latest in ‘God Technology’ to alert Pat of upcoming tsunamis and hurricanes, but now Pat wants us to believe that he is Atlas and can bench press a rhinosaurus!

I don’t know the kid’s name, but there is a college student out there who has set the bench press record and this kid pressed @ 1,400 lbs. and burst his cataracts in the process!!! So, how’s Pat Robertson looking after downing his MIRACLE SHAKES (oh please) and after bench pressing 2,000 lbs? Cataracts are fine…no broken bones or organ failure do to bleeding internally after an organ burst from the pressure. Wow.

Okay then, that explains it once and for all: PAT ROBERTSON IS A FRAUD, GOD DOESN’T SPEAK TO PAT ROBERTSON, AND THERE IS NO WAY IN HELL AFTER DRINKING A MILKSHAKE…….THAT ANYONE……COULD BENCH PRESS 2,000 lbs. WITHOUT SERIOUS DAMAGE TO THEIR BODY!!!!!!!!!! PAT ROBERTSON NEEDS TO BE STRUCK BY LIGHTENING TO END THE MADNESS. THE END.

Well, it’s official! The numbers are in. The Da Vinci Code made $77 million (update: $240 million) at the box office this weekend and the numbers are still rising. The American Family Association (see my sidebar link on the right to view their web under “American Taliban” sites) was going crazy to convince their people to not go and see this movie because Dobson said it was full of untruths (well, it was fiction so I’m not sure where Dobson was going with that…idiot), but, he did want his people to purchase a video entitled, “The Da Vinci Delusion” to convince them of that. Well, no one listened to him.

And then there was the Catholics. Since 1200 AD, the Catholics have been rewriting and interpreting the Bible to satisfy their own agenda and were absolutely horrified that this movie was coming out! (Catholics apparently don’t like free thinkers) They tried everything (including Damnation and rubbing their Rosaries)……but nothing worked. Awwwww. Americans and people abroad went and saw the film and from the reviews….most were spellbound by it.

Well, there you go. Some people would rather form their own opinions rather than listen to a bunch of wackos who are hell bent on distorting the truth or reality of the situation. Even though the Da Vinci Code is fiction, in my opinion it better explains Mary Magdalene’s role than what the Catholics gave her which was a prostitute. From the looks of this weekend, I think people agree!

Do you remember right after we illegally invaded Iraq in March of 2003 the looting of stores and museums began? Well, apparently, our soldiers were also ’stealing’ stuff from Iraq at the same time! Okay, First Sgt. Willaim Von Zeal didn’t actually steal Hussein’s Mercedez Benz, but he did find the vehicle parked in one of the luxury neighborhood driveways there and cut a deal with an Iraqi to get it. It hasn’t been verified if it is one of Hussein’s vehicles or not (though Federal Customs agents in the US has seized it), but the thought of our soldiers in a war zone buying and stealing stuff makes my skin crawl. In fact, when the looting began, I went online and posted that I wouldn’t be surprised if tons of American CEOs now have in their offices pieces of Iraqi history that was stolen from the Iraqi museums by our soldiers. Of course, the neocons in this country said that no American would do ever that. Uh huh. Well, now we know that some American soldiers were pilfering and not fighting like Bush and his Warpigs would like for us to believe (hey, by that point, the oil wells in Iraq had been captured and secured so no need to continue the ‘war front’ unless the American population needs to be reminded we’re at war!). This could be why the insurgency tripled! With our soldiers pilfering and cutting deals with the locals to buy stuff, no one was watching what was really happening. That’s my take on it. Oh yeah, and then there’s the video of our soldiers filling up an above ground pool and swimming. War is so much more fun these days with the wealthiest Administration ever in the history of our nation running it.

Interesting, our soldiers can find the good deals on the goods in Iraq, especially if they are Saddam Hussein’s, but they have yet to find Osama. Good grief.

If anyone thinks that the illegal immigration debate has NOTHING to do with skin color (hence the backlash against the brown Mexicans), then think again! Karl Rove stated that he wanted to make illegal immigration the talking point for republicans for the mid-term election knowing that the cannonball-headed neocons would take the racist-football and run with it! And run with it they have! So, I find it interesting (and to prove my point that skin color is the issue here in the immigration debate) that republican Senator Mike Dewine is standing behind 18 year old, white skinned Manuel Bartch to stay in the country because of the ‘oopsey doopsey’ Bartch encountered after his stepfather didn’t adopt him when he came to this country on a temporary visa in 1997. Well, I wonder how many other illegal immigrants (especially those brown skinned ones) have a similiar story! I bet many! But because an illegal has white skin…….well……THE REPUBLICANS WILL STAND UP FOR ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT TO HAVE AMERICAN STATUS. I find it very racial to say the least.
